Oh hey, look at that, I seem to not have gotten the memo that you posted yesterday. I'll have to do the update when I get off work I'm afraid. Until then suffice to say that the odds might not be as bad as one would think. All that I have to do is actually write up the update.

The battles throes began to wane as hero and commoner alike felled eachother with decreased rapidity. The end of the battle and the revolution was coming closer and closer with each passing moment.

“Who in town but only she is near as beautiful as me.” The Handsome Stranger sung softly to himself as Eltonius and Luke II tried to defeat him.

“Why won’t you die!”

“Hm? Oh we’re not sparring? Sorry plebians, I thought you just wanted to enjoy a small dance with yours truly.”

“You… You’re serious?” Eltonius asked in surprise.

“Of course, I am the Handsomest Man the world has ever seen. Of course my fighting skills would be just as astounding. But if you wish we can do this for real I suppose.”

With that both Eltonius and Luke II charged the man who, if not for his obvious Handsomeness, would be all boasts.

Unfortunately for them he was nothing if not humble. Both his looks and his fighting skills were, somehow, leagues above what he claimed to possess. In the brief second it took them to attack him he had stepped aside from their blows and retaliated with his club. Eltonius fell dead while Luke II managed to stumble away holding what was left of his face.

“AUGH! OUH GUAAAHH!” Luke II shouted in pain before being felled by a hatchet to the throat.

“Thank you my good looking friend.” The Handsome Stranger thanked Cromwell Jackson.

“No need to thank me sir. He was annoying…”

“I apologize for this my friend.” Berry Smiles the Wraith said as she continued swinging her Halberd at Brewmaster Yoohoo. The Man seemed rather bored with her attempts though.

“You cannot defeat me wraith.”

“Oh? I have defeated many mortals. What would make you so different?”

“Because,” Brewmaster Yoohoo said as he kicked Berry Smiles into the waiting axe of Axe “I’m far too familiar with spirits.”

“What?” Was the last thing Berry Smiles the Wraith said before her ghostly head was removed from the apparitions body.

“Axe beat death every time.” Axe said as he watched the body fade from existence.

“Die traitor!” Raalup the Great One shouted as he began attacking Alex Shater who did his best to parry the blow but failed to do much other than knock aside Raalup’s weapon.

“I did what I had to! We’ve been exploiting them for far too long!”

“You just switched because you figured they’d pay!” Tavik Toth shouted as he rushed forward to help Raalup. However he was stopped by a powerful swing from Alex Shater.

“My reasons are my own! I will answer only to the Great Creator!”
