Crushed thoroughly in both games of both brackets. How do I turrets and yeah, that last laser. Whoops.

I think my problem both other games was not going aggressive enough. I managed to outpoke KerashaJinx as Ez initially, but she outpushed me hard (and I derped at dodging her stuff). RiftTrundle I could whittle down as Urgot at first, but I didn't go in much early and lost late. Also that I thought he wouldn't dare Trundle against a possible Darius or Teemo, and that I'd thus be up against Lux or Kayle.

... huh. Folks are actually considering standard lane meta (I think?) for 1v1s? Most of the reasoning behind it isn't there if you're sans team and (I guess?) sans objectives, right? I mean, I'm not considering anything, but...

Only reason I didn't just flat random for the matches I had 'gainst charmander is that I'm even more terrible with half the champs I've got access to than a particular few of them

M'not even trying to guess at champion choice, m'self. My ban picks vs char was "Press random three times. Those ones."

Well... dueling meta/counters and pushing still matters quite a bit. The reason i picked heimer desipite not really trying the new him before, was cause i thought i could just outpush, take the tower, and win. Especially since theres no jungle to slow down the pushing.

When you had taken down the creeps in our urgot vs trundle game, you could of been aggresive pre-lvl6, likely to good effect. When there was even creeps or my wave was bigger, i probably could of exchanged favorably, simply because i had anti-autoattack items to protect me both from your poke, and creeppoke, while you would of been hurt by my creeps.
However, trundle's ult is not only extremely effective dueling, but in paticular counters your ult perfectly... as it steals your armour/magic resist and gives it to me, while stealing your health and giving it to me too... your ult giving you more armour/magic resist, just makes my ult more effective.

Sky took it 0-2. Amusing bit -- win conditions were (almost) exactly the same as vs. Char, heh. 2-1 deaths in the first match, CS victory in the second.

... part of me almost feels bad for Cthulhu. This is looking like a trend

Yeah, I tried to add Comp on lol and messaged him but we somehow never managed to get anything set up. I've yet to actually see him online and I'm on myself pretty regularly!
