Well, I like runes and masteries, but if they other side doesn't have the available runes and masteries to match, I'm not against capping them at the lowest level. This is just to even out the differences between lvl 30s and non-30s. If you're unable to use Tier 3 runes, then you may also ask the opponent to halve their runes.

Seems only fair.

Though, you have a good chance of being eliminated early, since level 9 means you have tons less experience than some other veterans here. Then again, 1v1 is 'easier' than winning a game, since the latter requires knowledge about both dueling/farming and map awareness and knowing how to take objectives and stuff.

Alright, I guess I'm in. Unable to chip anything into the pot but I'm in. Might be a good thing for me to test out what the game thinks are my bronze-ranked skills. Just so you know though that if the tournament falls on the 5th or 7th of November I won't be available to join in because I've got appointments then. Sundays are a little iffy as well because I've got grocery shopping on those days. The rest of the time I'm free because I have no life.

Wait, if it's Draft I am unable to play. On my current account I have maybe one owned champion and that's Tristana. I ditched the previous one because it was just a test run account. Count me out I suppose as I don't think I could get enough champions for the match.
