Can I still join?

If so, here is what I would like to be:

     Name: Jack Avery
     Description: He is a young man who just joined the army. He is 23 years old and short (5'9"). He has light blue eyes.
     Gender: Male
     Personality: Jack is very social and friendlly. He like trying to get along with all of his teammates. Jack is also idealistic and believes that he is fighting a war to bring peace.
     Equipment: Gasmask, black baklava (facemask), HK416 D10RS compact rifle (264mm round, 30 round clip), night vision goggles, handheld radio, medkit, M9 Beretta (9mm pistol, 15 round  magazine), standard military uniform
     Rank: Corporal, medic or radio operator
     Training: Special forces training (infantry), has been in a few small skirmishes but no other combat

You do, in every kind I know of you need experience before moving on thats why Harvey is so old. He had to get his experience in the forces before he could jump across to special operations and become an agent.

They don't need ages I just decided on one, Harvey is 38.

He's listed as SOA which to me is special operations agent but that's just a guess.
Harvey was designed as a specialist from the start I'm not sure how Private worked it in.

I guess 38 could be old for a special opp trooper, but then I may be wrong.
Also, did I just notice that each person seems to have at least two iridium items? (Or three if you are pat.)

Yea it got mentioned yesterday.

It is at the top end age wise for a field agent so this is probably his last operation.
Win the war then settle into training the next generation a hero.
