The blood god a has risen...
« on: October 18, 2013, 08:24:50 am »

Guys, I've been playing Armok DF! I have slayed several hamlets, and one city. Flames everywhere. Play this, it's awesome!

Thanks to GernericOverusedNamefor making this! You have added a new spice of !!FUN!!  to my DF experience!

When possible, he prefers to eat pizza, ramen noodles, and sushi. He absolutely detests elves and spiders. He needs MTN DEW to get through the working day.

A medium- sized creature prone to great ambition, but only when he feels like it.

A literal god mode! Sounds like my kind of thing, the doctor said I was omnipotent ... er  ... no ... wait ... Anyhow, sounds brilliant - let the smiting begin!

Sounds like something fun to try out. Maybe I'll give it a maxage of a billion years instead of no aging so that I can make it into a necromancer.

I've done it before, you might want to edit the raws and give him inject on touch instead because Armok's fists aren't very penetrative

Ideally, also add every single syndrome into your touch of death to really screw everyone up

How do I make it so that I can be a necromancer with this thing?

I did give it a 1-2 million year maxage.

Looking at the example raws for necromancy, and at Armok, I think he needs [CAN_SPEAK]. He already has [CAN_LEARN] though.

Both are required for necromancy.

I guess it requires a regen? Because I slapped it onto the save that is there and it didn't work.

It might. Did you try again with a new avatar?

Changes to a creature won't always affect ones that already exist, in my experience.

He's missing [GENERAL_MATERIAL_FORCE_MULTIPLIER:low number:higher number] to make him truly untouchable. It keeps you from getting dented by bolts and boiling coinsplosions from the dragon fire.
