Building Deconstruction in Adventurer Mode
« on: October 17, 2013, 03:30:56 pm »

It'd be really neat if things like tables and beds weren't inseparably affixed to the ground, and being able to take pieces of furniture like that with you would add a lot to the exploration of abandoned dwarf fortresses, at least for me. It seems like it would be fairly simple to add, and I don't see how it would interfere with any sort of vision of what adventurer mode should be; why shouldn't I be able to pick up an artifact featherwood cabinet just because it was a part of a dwarf's bedroom?

suggestions and discussion etc have their own section of the forum. If you want to know if maybe someone already done this, the modding forum might be an option

Jam a door with its corpse and let all the goblins in. Hey, nobody said it had to be a weapon against your enemies.

Can't mod anything in the (b)uild menu other than furnaces and workshops, so this goes here.
