That reminds me: I call dibs on getting a surface sample from Jool.

I call dibs on NOT getting a surface sample from Jool :p

Jee wilikers, I think Highmax is near invulnerable, must have been dunked in the river styx like achilles was.
Just make sure he wears a boot.

I fully intend on getting a ship to Jool carrying 6 probes, Theoretically I should be able to put the main probe carrier into the correct path for each moon significantly before reaching Jool's orbit then drop them off, hopefully their Ion engines should be able to provide enough manuever to reach the atmosphere for aerobraking.
I'm only transmitting the data for each probe, It'll still be open for anyone else to get surface samples, goo, science jr, etc and return them.
Also I'm sure I'll miss many of the targets, we all need more debris out there right?
EDIT: did i mention there is a high possibility of super-awesome ED kerman getting left in Jool orbit with too little fuel to attempt a homeward journey?

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.

Well, look at Jeb, he's loving the overtime! I've never seen him in any picture of him NOT smiling or having that stupid mile wide grin on his face

Going to mission tomorrow, since I've got the day off work and won't be so sleep deprived.

Didn't realize it's been a few days since karlito posted that. But I'm sure my turn is soon which is good since it's my day off tomorrow. I'm going to finish planning my mission.

I don't think anybody would mind if you took a ninja turn, and let Karlito do his turn after you.

Minor explosion issue, please standby...
I get those a lot after I crash land or something and revert the flight and half the rocket blows up before it launches...

Obvious bug, but high hopes we get some more hilarity!

I always get the one where my overpowered first stage decides to push it's way through the second stage and explode everything.
The issue is usually fixed by reducing acceleration before the stage where that happens, and also strengthening the vunerable stack decoupler by creative use of radial decouplers and struts.

When I make a rocket, it ain't moving for a good 5 stages... And then I kill half my fuel by the time I make Munar orbit
