Indeed! Plebian Birdy also laments the lack of pictures in the travel logs!

What's science without diagrams and pretty pictures! ;.;

Received the save. Now, to figure out how to play it....

Fake edit 1: Oh, you put it in the saves folder. I see.

Fake edit 2: I actually forgot I was terrible at this game for a moment there.

Fake edit 3:

shortly after the launch of the rocket 'project MAINIAC', the Chief Head of Rocket Design decided to abandon his post in order to pursue his lifelong dreams of becoming a professional ice-skater and boxing champion. Jedediah Kerman quickly stepped up to fill the vacant post, as any true Kerbal would. Bill Kerman drew the short straw when the pilots gathered to decide who would be the first victim pilot to step into one of Jeb's deathtraps spacecraft. The good news? The craft proved spaceworthy, and managed to align for an intercept orbit with Eve. The bad news? Well:

Going to sleep now/ I'll finish my turn in the morning and get the file up asap. Things are looking bleak for Bill.

If it goes terribly, you should pass the save on and we'll rescue him!

No graffiti this time unfortunately, and sorry for the late post.

Bill sat in the pod, headed on an escape trajectory out of Eve orbit, and thought. Thought that, had it not been Jeb in charge of design, he could have almost interpreted it as malicious intent. But it was Jeb, so he had to forgive his brother.

Considering his plight, he look around the cramped cockpit for anything -- anything -- that might save him.

His eyes alight on the several hundred canisters of jetpack fuel taped to the walls of the craft's interior. He could use this.

And so, it begins:

Spoiler: He pushes (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: and pushes some more (click to show/hide)
Spoiler:  Almost there... (click to show/hide)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

And that is the turn! (N: I had Kethane installed, hopefully it doesn't mess with the files.)

I like that configuration of orbits around Eve.  Can people add more craft there and create an even cooler orbital array?

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

This is too good to pass up. I'm horrible at Kerbal since I just got it recently, but I'm glad to say I'm watching this. I won't take a turn though because I suck horribly... And I have a nasty habit of sending poor bill kerman into orbit nad then announcing to those he loved saying "Bill Kerman is never going home..."

Ok, once Ank either plays or times out, we'll do the three people at the beginning of Round 2, then start at the top of the list again.

When I click on the link for the save, it says I don't have permission...

Did you forget to make it public?

So... Whats the current mission?

EDIT: Going to be a total noob here, and ask: how do you land on non-kerbin areas and then take off again? I've never accomplished it honestly :-\ And you guys are going to different planets and the like...
