Been spending most of my time just wandering, I think I made it all the way to the northern coast of the J shaped body of water north of Linton before buggering back towards the southern coast of it.

Edit: At hill fort town, so a bit directionless atm

Hill fort town is basically the bulge directly N of Linton, E of that mass of the mountains.

Directionless as in not sure what I feel like doing next.

I still haven't found Milkrun. We need to upload the image of the map somewhere with a little arrow pointing to exactly where we are.

EDIT: I'm right by a village called 'hollow springs'. Again my name is Zulban so if you see me give me a shout. i'd rather cooperate with some of you guys than do stuff on my own.

If somebody is willing to fork some money for it, it might be convenient to get a small deed to gather people-

edit: by the way. maybe we should make a list of out wurm names? somebody called firesentinel asked for me, and I have no clue of who he is.

I am seriously considering just giving up on this. I cannot find any of your guys, there's no coordination, and they made it so that trolls will not only chase you to the ends of the earth without getting bored or tired but they also run 50km/h no matter what terrain they are on so you cannot escape them. Troll showed up on a place I knew had a guard, guard never showed up, troll killed me. Tried to get back to where I was at least 3 times and every single damn time a troll shows up and attacks me on the way.

How long until my corpse with all my stuff on it disappears?

There is no water, only what seems to be miles of forest and tundra. And then I found water, and there was a bear in it.

This game just simply does not want me getting back to my corpse, i've tried going different ways but there always seems to be hills in my path that are too big to climb. Honestly the only way I managed to get there in the first place was because nothing tried to attack on the way over there.

Ozy, go east following the coastline until you reach foxtrot. Then climb over the hill there should be a tundra. I put my tent in a cave there...   And BTW I am firesentinel... Hopped by goldenberry and someone's name I forget.. They recognized you guys and i told them i was looking for you but didn't know the bay12 settlement which I don't think there was one.

Edit sorry on my phone so didn't see an 8th page I'll log in a min

I think I'm done playing for tonight, maybe tomorrow I'll try one more time to get to where we are but somehow I don't think it's going to happen...

Infuriated

Was it a Spirit Templar or a Tower Guard? Templar actions are dictated by deed settings while Tower Guards have to be called on through local chat (I believe it's Help! or Guard!). You also have to be within something like 20 tiles of a tower to call and get a response - even if they wander by you with no tower in sight.

folks, gather either at fire's specified place, or by the bay on its E.

you guys must have know that I'm in very very odd hours for most of you so feel free to coordinate something out of nothing.

I'll think about whether to settle in a day...........

p.s. Firecrazy/firesentinel's map is correct though far from exhaustive.

@milkrun

Oh and a few survey questions...

Want plains or mountainside?
Close to Linton (or generally any spawn) or not?

Whew. Somebody sort of built a road from Linton to the north which finally allowed me to reach the bay and grab my stuff. Someone named Calypsoi is letting us stay at her place until we find a more permanent location, it's just southwest of 'foxtrot' on the above map.

EDIT: She also says we can stay there permanently if we wish to do so.

The hill fort down marked on the map should be Oracle bay settlement which Calypsoi is mayor to. Might fix the map later.
Also foxtrot should be fox den, not the mayor name. :p I'll fix that too.

Okay, folks. I think we might get to the deciding part.

Someone called Calypsoi has offered his deed "the oracle" to the B12 crowd.

Its basically some 60x60 tiles of deeded flatness, and could become a large town, with iron, clay, and sand nearby, and tar available in 15 minutes' walk.
I encourage people to move there at the moment; The deed is located E of Hill fort in Firecrazy/firesentinel's map.
Decline the offer to teleport there though, its just an hour's hike from linton, or you can just /suicide and respawn there if you have nothing valuable.

In the meantime I've started some project in the outer G8 spit:

its just a deed misspelled to "the twelth bay", and I don't know who felled that tree on the tip. but I imagine that as a big bad castle. just for B12.

If people chip in euros of course.

Anyway, this place is only accessible by boat. Should be secluded enough.

Feel free for comment, tho. or maybe make a choice. or maybe not.
