I found this through the quotes thread. I'm staying because this looks amazing and hilarious.

Also, should we maybe probably run away?
Mind linking me to said quotes thread? Would love to see what got quoted lol. Anyways, fleeing it is!

Noodles used teleport! Got away safely!
Noodles challenged Splooftrooper to a duel! Splooftrooper used megapunch! Noodles exploded in more purple drank!

Splooftrooper leveled up!

And in more news, Elven Retreat has been founded! And we're way behind Spartacus.

More pizza!

You can't really see it in this picture because they turned on cloaking, but OH GOD THE NOODLES ARE COMING FOR THE RETREAT!

Update: Well tickle my anus, one worm gets in and suddenly everyone dies.

Burning Man is/was having mineral issues, so that speedracer is taking a very long time. We need physics and armor! One day we will conquer the world to enact A WORLD ORDER OF PEACE THROUGH BRUTE FORCE!

Update 2: How many times do we need to tell you Colonel, SHOVE IT!

Oh, yay, calculus. More useless tech!

Update 3: Oh man, those titties are going for the homeland! They broke our Former btw.

Ok, time to get serious.

Hit the menu button, and go to change civics, then rewire our civics to maximize our chances of mindworm capture, basically go as green as possible.
Then have our formers build forests, rather than all that techno garbage. The forests will naturally spread, and give bonuses to everything, and can even clear out the fungus given enough time.
Then keep a high-level unit by the fungus to wrangle them noodles.

I fought my brother in multiplayer with this strategy once.

And he thought the University was overpowered.

Oh noes, poor Elven Retreat. :'(

Do what mastahcheese said.
But I think you need some research to be able to plant forest, but which one...

I think elves start with the required tech to plant trees.

I seem to remember being able to do that right from the start in my games back when I played.

What's this? SMAC LP and as Gaians, my all-time favorites? PTW so very hard.

I agree with Mastah here. Worms will save the day. FIRE ALL WORMS!

I remember one of my games with my brother, my research never gave me boats, so my brother was all like "Lol, I'll just use mah traspert sheps to sneek attak his baze."

I found out that ships are worthless compared to a high level Isle of the Deep loaded up with mindworms and supporting marines.
