Her int was nerfed because she was a ridiculous ganking hero, not necessarily a ridiculous jungling hero. If you bring one clarity, she can actually jungle faster than ever because of the damage bump on frostbite in the last update. Roaming is pretty good with CM, but you need a buddy. One of my favorite strats when I'm with my usual stack is roaming with WK+CM or CM+Sven.

Freezing Field duration increased from 7 to 10 seconds

Glad to see even minor changes like this indicating they're removing themselves further from the limitations of the Warcraft 3 engine... though those abilities just got way more powerful (see: annoying) in Ability Draft mode.

Can't be used on heroes now, so no more surprise ganks or easy escapes, but this opens up a few interesting possibilities for ganging in the enemy jungle.

Battle hunger is a less silly skill now.   IMO, denying heroes affected by DoT's needs a standardization pass;  I think every DoT should allow denying.

Lifestealer changer is interesting, but bad.  Yea, that's stupid.  Control cannot be used on heroes; it doesn't say infest can't be.

Mana drain buff is big, I think.

Pudge hook has 1000 range at rank 1.

Pugna is much better.

QoP is now carry.

Slar changes are nice.

Not quite sure what shrapnel changes are doing for sniper.  I guess it lets him slow an entire lane or path, but I don't think that helps him much.

Fatal bonds buff is big.

Shadow amulet cheapness, plus troll fix, plus attackspeed change = buffed troll how my brother plays him (rush phase boots then shadowblade) so can't wait to see him dominate more when i paly with him.

I think diffusal will be imbalanced.

Consider PL with diffusal and... skadi.  Spectre can run satanic with diffusal.  Diffusal becomes a general purpose upgrade for agi heroes, especially ones with manta.  I think mirana will be a hero that we see clean up with this, given that late-game mirana's often run manta and deso... and now diffusal, which incidentally synergizes with starfall and arrow.

ed: diffusal has been a niche item, but it was a niche item with significant utility and damage.  Now it's something you can replace a yasha with if you don't need the MS.

Drow with Diffusal... thought you had a hard time running away previously? Where'd your mana go too?

Hell, a semi carry Silencer would love to have that in his repertoire,  as it would stack with Curse and give him utility via a debuff remover or slow.

The possibilities are interesting, to say the least. The main issue with Diffusal is that very few people used it as is, unless you built your character around not having a more beneficial orb effect like Lifesteal or Skadi,  and having to cover that weakness in some other way.
