What i didnt understand is if tranquils get broken if you attack or if it is only a requirement for them to repair themselves.

They break when you attack too. Casting spells does nothing to them though.

Yeah, they're now useless for carries/junglers, since they break when you attack stuff. Previously, you'd see carries grabbing Tranquils for the laning sustain, and junglers grabbing them because most jungle creeps couldn't break the heal once you had ~2 base armour - you could then disassemble the boots once you were wealthy enough for Treads. Now, they're a complete waste of space on anyone that's trying to farm.

They'll probably be the boot of choice for supports that don't need Arcane Boots (and whose carries wouldn't benefit from free mana either). CM, Lion, etc. will enjoy the high healing rate. The massive move speed (did I mention it's +85 ms?) will help roaming supports move between lanes more efficiently. And the extra armour, even when broken, means you're made of slightly more durable glass when an enemy carry starts chewing on your face.

Will it work though? There was something like this in changelog

- Doom now removes positive buffs on the target before applying the debuff

Don't know if it won't be applied also on linken's transferred buff.

Also added DFNewb to the tournament. Only 4 more players to go!
