lemon: go into a bot game. Get bloodseeker. Spawn 5 enemies and get them below 50% hp.

Get a haste rune.

It will put you at 522 speed. Dota 2 is coded so that haste rune just straight up sets your speed to 522. I don't know if they're going to change it but that's what happens right now.

Luna, Bloodseeker, Axe, and Riki have changed quite a lot. Luna is going to be even scarier 1v1, Riki can now blast people with item effects like a jerk, and Bloodseeker/Axe are rewarded even more for people having little or low health.

I just noticed that Slark is  no longer revealed during his ulti by true sight. Does that mean dust or nothing? Or not even dust?

From what I understand, nothing reveals him. He's 100% guaranteed to be invisible, no matter what kind of detection you have available (including towers).

He can still be hit by ground-targeted skills, so Light Strike Array, Earth Spike, Split Earth, etc. are now decent counters to Slark. There's nothing you can do to prevent him from regenerating HP during the ult duration, though.

Thankfully, the duration's also been shortened, and the cooldown is much, much longer. Previously, Slark's ult was incredibly powerful unless someone on the other team thought to buy a Sentry. Now, his ult is reasonably powerful regardless of whether they've bought detection.

EDIT: One more thing. Obs duration increased to 7 minutes... day/night reduced to 4 minutes. Previously, any Obs planted at ~0:00 would be expiring right as the first night hit. Now, they'll nearly last through to the second day. Wonder if this'll affect early ganks... especially those involving Nightstalker.

Sniper has 1000 night vision. Ench had 1800 too, but it got nerfed :(.

So after :
* The following heroes now have the standard 800 night vision: Drow Ranger, Mirana, Puck, Leshrac, Enchantress, Ancient Apparition, Meepo and Treant Protector

the only heroes who have something other than standard 1800/800 day/night vision -
Sniper, 1800/1000
Bounty Hunter, 1800/1000
Alchemist, 1800/1400
Night Stalker, 1200/1800
Slark 1800/1800
and Luna 1800/1800 after skilling aura

My build for every hero includes tranquil boots now.

You cannot ATTACK or BE ATTACKED for 13 seconds before they activate.
These aren't even support boots.

I don't know why everyone thinks this. They still give high movespeed and 4 armour. Yes, you lose the regen. This isn't much different from the old ones. Oh, you're running low on HP? Stun/slow your attacker and run away, or get blown up. Same as before.

Don't forget this too:

1. All other boots except Boots of Merlini got lowered movespeed.
2. Tranquils movespeed is now faster than everything else, even when deactivated.

Don't forget this too:

1. All other boots except Boots of Merlini got lowered movespeed.
2. Tranquils movespeed is now faster than everything else, even when deactivated.

That last bit is really important. The speed order right now is:
* Active phase boots (50 + 16% = ~106 ms for a 300 base speed hero), only active for max 4 seconds out of every 8.
* BoTs (100 ms)
* Tranquil boots, active (85 ms)
* Tranquil boots, broken (60 ms)
* Arcane boots (55 ms)
* Phase boots, inactive (50 ms)
* Power treads (50 ms)
* Boots of speed (50 ms)

That's right: Tranquils now provide nearly the same movement speed bonus as Boots of Travel. Even when broken, Tranquils provide more base movement speed than anything but BoTs (including Arcane Boots). And you still get the +4 armour, even if the boots are broken.
