meh I have my Trusty Mountain Yak all I need and I find trading to be to much of a hassle to use so I don't use stuff like Dota Lounge so it just going to waste in my inventory.

Also, something I'd recommend for the pot that has worked pretty well at magic the gathering drafts: a rotating selection pot. Whoever wins gets to pick any three, second place picks two, and then everyone (or like the top after that picks one item. At the bottom of the list, the list loops over with everyone picking one until the pool is gone.
