Just chuck the stuff in the river, it'll be destroyed in the next winter freeze.

During my unfinished turn, I made new clothes for everyone a high priority, was that actually a good idea?

Probably. I think we have enough ropereed to make everyone a fresh set plus the leather to supplement that.

Thing about clothes is that there's never much reason not to knock out a few new outfits every two years or so. Cloth and thread making capacity grows rapidly as thread spinning makes more rope reed seeds to grow to spin into more thread giving you more seeds ad infinitum (or until the 200 seed cap).

Designate the shist to be cut as gemstones, which you then use to decorate arrows/bolts.  This way, you can literally "shist on your enemies", each time you shoot at them.  With fast enough archers, you create a "shist storm".  Meanwhile, you clear out the unwanted mineral for something a bit more aethetically pleasing.

We have no archers and no way to produce a decent number of them.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
We have plenty of arrows! Make about a handful of bows, and have the average villager on archer duty every 4-6 months for am month and you'll have a force of militia archers to rival even Jotun!

Bear in mind that it will probably take a few hundred arrows at least for just a couple of our humans to reach a respectable skill level. Plus the amount of wood or bone needed to make enough arrows would be outrageous.

But hey, maybe we'll bag a few of those damned buzzards. Bonus points if the bodies don't land in the river!

It may have already run out of materials, yaks only leave so many bones after you slice them up.

And an absolutel rediculous amount of bone arrows, hence my claim. But I dunno, as I've ignored nearly all thered messages due to it invariably being "Chickenshit McDumbass cancels finish bridge, interrupted by buzzard."

Buzzards did cause our only death so far.
