One of the pigeons you date in that game is your sickly childhood friend, and the great tragedy of that storyline is that you will far outlive him due to the combination of "sickly" and "is a pigeon." The human character is actually substantially older than all the suitors, since they're like four years old, but that's the only arc it is raised as a potential obstacle to your love (which is kinda weird since you also date an elderly teacher pigeon without that problem arising.)

I think I like Toaster's explanation best though. I'll never again look at pigeons in the park without seeing a bunch of elitist aristocrats and potential life partners.

In what is, like, 3/4 on topic, there's a place up in Canada where, in order to control the high pigeon population, they put out lots of bird feeders for them to use!

Dislikes: She absolutely hates evening gloves. They look great, but a ladypigeon cannot wear them, being somewhat lacking in hand- and arm-related matters. It simply isn't fair that all her friends can look so good and not her!
