Make lava pour out from the throne.

Personally my recommendation would be skip the blood and have magma flow from his mouth.  Sadly that might interfere with the aesthetics of the beard.

Suggestions:
- Shorten the beard to end above the ribs. More like an evil goatee.
- Remove the red lipstick. Preferred the gold teeth.

The bright red and the bright blue is kind of jarring color combination anyway.

I think next iteration I will return the teeth to being bone, since the beard does a good enough job of making them stand out.

If the beard / chest / skull all look good to you guys, I'd like to establish what to do with the off hand. So far I'm undecided about whether to go with a mug of magma, or an upside-down axe or hammer leaning vertically against the arm-rest, or if there's something better to do here.

I'd also like to see if you guys think that any more gear is needed, such as pieces of armor, or a crown, or other decorations.

As for the throne, I'm willing to consider making adjustments, but I want it to be all relatively simple...

As a final thought, I may consider hollowing out the spine, arms, and legs, and running magma through them, you'd be able to see falls at the joints if I implement that, and it wouldn't be to hard to engineer. Fuck the ribs though.

Have the left hand upturned, holding a goblet. Inside that goblet, fill it to the 3/4 point with magma, then put a clear glass floor over that, and fill the goblet the rest of the way up with equal parts Elves' blood and Dwarven Alcohol (whiskey is preferable). Armok is a classy dude; his favorite drink is the Elven Sunrise.

For the throne, "engrave" a picture of a skull or something on the back, with the eyes bleeding magma. Or have Elite marksdwarves inside the eyes and gaping mouth of the skull. Either way, that skull can kill you if you're close enough to see it. Do the "engraving" by just pasting blocks onto the outside. You could put symbolic pictures or foreboding writing or something on the sides of the throne.

For the teeth, you could make them out of bone or marble and then have a trail of blood dribbling out of his mouth and onto his beard. Or, skip the blood trail; install upright spikes on top of the teeth, linked to levers, and impale Elves and prisoners on the spikes. The blood will show up on its own.

For other decorations, have Armok's battleaxe (or sword) resting against on side of the throne. He doesn't need to be holding it while ruling, he just needs to have it close to hand.

Also, he needs a spiky crown. A VERY spiky crown. One where the spikes on the crown have vertical spikes installed on every available surface. (for bonus points, have a minecart ramp off to the side, with a trajectory that lands on the spikes; use it on prisoners)
