Tip: You can move and fire your gun in the same turn. With no penalties.
Tip: Sometimes it is better to retreat from a battle and heal than it is to die.
Tip: Weapons with splash damage can target specific squares as well as players.

-The Rocket Launcher damage reduced to 100
-Black Box damage reduced to 80

Demoman
-Grenade Launcher damage reduced to 95
-Sticky Trap damage reduced to 70

Well it helped the team in general. You only make progress if you're on the cap after everyone has moved. SO in a way yes. You also led me to finalize my decision that the rocket launcher was WAY to powerful due to y'know... Killing people in one shot. So there's that. Also: Stupid initiative indeed. I don't think a scout has gone first yet.

It's annoying because Scouts are:

A. supposed to be the fastest class
B. squishy but powerful enough that not getting the first shot is a major deal

Take your pick.

Yeah I know. I've changed it regardless so... Have fun with that? I'm thinking of changing Scouts initiaitve to be a bit higher.

I'm glad but it did bother me so now my own teenangst is fixeded. Hopefully we can go a few turns without a major update now.
