First off I want to say im sorry if im posting in the wrong forum for this, im new and I dont know my way around but "general" seemed like it covered many bases.  I want to make dwarf fortress look all fancy but I dont know whow to apply this:

Ive already downloaded Dwarf Fortress and this pack^ but theres no instructions so i dont know wht to do.

This should probably be in DF General Discussion. DF isn't really discussed down here.

Stonesense isn't a texture pack, but is a side program that runs at the same time as DF provided you have it installed and activate it.

These days its most recent versions are packaged as part of the dfhack applications.
