Im trying to seduce a sleeping police agent, but for some reason I can't get him to go along. My founder has 17.05 seduction, 20 charisma, and is wearing an expensive suit. Isn't that everything important when it comes to seducing, or am I missing something thats making it harder for me to seduce them?

Common skills help, if you pay the $100 or take the vacation.  (So if the Seducer is somewhere around half-to-as good as the Seducee, that adds a bonus to the roll.)

High-Wisdom people are Just That Tough to grab hold of, though.  Sorry.

Basically if you look at what skills the target has, you will get a bonus for each skill that the liberal shares that's between 0.5 and 2 times the target's skill. For example, if the conservative has 4 pistol skill, then your liberal gets a bonus to seducing if their pistol skill is between 2 and 8. Repeat this process for every skill, each one that fits the range gives you a small bonus to your odds. Apart from that, spending the money for the date always improves your rolls. Your seduction is definitely high enough, but the rolls are pretty tough a lot of the time.
