See a psychiatrist? Maybe some anxiolytic would help, benzodiazepines or something, though I'd be careful with that... But seriously, that sounds like a case for therapy of some sort - especially if it's causing health problems.

That's actually something I tried, forgetting that I tend to chew rubber bands as well.

That seems like it might be a bit of an 'extreme' approach, and I don't have the money for a psychiastrist anyways. It's not causing any health problems really, it's just messy and I have once chipped the enamel on one tooth.
