With a rush of adrenaline from nearly learning what it would be like to be a pincushion, not to mention being quite rudely dragged about,
Harvey decided to do some dragging of his own. The survivor rushed backwards, hoping that there wasn't anything behind him but wall or something equally solid. His hopes proved true as the conjoined pair thwacked against a wall, but the survivor wasn't done yet. He tried to apply pressure against the creature to keep it still but it proved willy, shifting this way and that before finally struggling free.
Light stabbed at the survivor's watering eyes as his prison rapidly lifted itself off of him, seeming to no longer be content to hold onto him. The creature, now that Harvey can get a good look at it finally, was double-timing it towards the exit and leaving a trail of black ash in its hurried wake to flee.
Randall snapped towards it with a blanket outstretched, intent to stop it in its tracks while Wilmer seemed quite happy enough that it was leaving.
The creature evaded Randall's grasp easily and slipped past Wilmer, pushing itself into the main room of the store. It hadn't stopped in the slightest, now rushing for the exit of the building entirely.

Freddie didn't miss a beat at the alarm, calmly explaining the situation.
"I get the feeling my friend and your friend weren't very cooperative with Asimov, regrettably. This probably could have been avoided, but hey. At least it seems to be morning and all. Let's get our buddies and get outta here, huh?""Best words I've heard in a while. Sick'a this place, seein' it 'gain even years later would be to soon for me. Lunk, get Chin; we're outta here."One problem down, Freddie still had another answer up his sleeve, revealing it promptly to Forrest.
"Sorry I couldn't help you, man. I can at least tell you my plan, though - ask Asimov what he gets in return for selling off stock. If it's not something valuable, insinuate that something's gone wrong with his defragmentation or whatever and that the store is operating at a loss as a result of what he's doing. Maybe that will work on him, and that's the best I've got. Sadly, I've got to run before something comes along and eats me. Good luck, dude.""I think your plan may work, user, specially now that whatever he had planned failed. I hope it works at least, I don't think I can force him to dock. He's subsumed most of the store's processes after his change, I can't manipulate him here easily. It was a chore to even just edit the cameras.""I wish you luck as well, user, hopefully if we meet again it will be happier circumstances. If... Whatever happened gets better, do come back to Gentlemen of Leisure's store. I'll promise you a discount."Forrest seemed sad, if understanding, at the rapid departure but kept cheerful at the end. The reasoning was sound after all, a store letting off a shrill alarm is bound to attract something terrible in time. Best to not push luck too much.
As Freddie moved to get
Frogdo, it seemed unnecessary as the man dashed out from the back with a laugh, Chin following afterwards with similar mirth. Asimov didn't follow, having stayed with his smarmy facade missing and instead left confused.
The barricades were moved and the doors opened to reveal the light of the rising digital sun, both Freddie and Frogdo along with Boss and his group moving quickly away from the shrieking store. Far enough now that the alarm was a dimly heard shrill, Boss and his group parted ways.
"Been nice knowin' yah, not so nice hangin' wit' yah though. Luck to yah two, don' get munched by the monsters yeah? An' try not to take it too hard if we mug yah later!" Boss laughed as the three moved off, Chin and Lunk's distant chant about some rule only faintly heard.
"Rule Zero: Three's be three and all is free!"
