The shrines to to each god should be added to the fort here and there, where ever they seem appropriate.  I'm imagining Avuz being a god of soil over rock, so a shrine to Avuz off of the farms would seem appropriate (maybe a 3x1 alcove with little 1x1 plots on either side of a statue of Avuz). 

Istrath the Turquoise Flier's shrine could be located pretty much anywhere, but if we ever set up catacombs - he'd be a dead ringer (heh) for gracing the antechamber to them. 

Etur sounds like a god that would be best worshiped in a treasure chamber filled with precious coins and metal furniture encrusted with gems.  Etur's statue would have to be metal and encrusted with gems as well, (it's only fitting). 

Don't know how "much" can be worshiped, except maybe as a god of caravans, since they often bring "much"?  So Lashid's shrine might be one built close to the Trade Depot or maybe in one of the goods storage areas, surrounded by evidence of "muchness"?  A statue of Lashid, of course, would be required.

Jee wilikers, I think Highmax is near invulnerable, must have been dunked in the river styx like achilles was.
Just make sure he wears a boot.

Oh lol, typo. That should be muck, not much. I fixed it.

Do we have a hammerer?
Silverbrow will have a silver hammer, so he could be a hammerer. No official one though.

The shrine to Istrath should be in one of the caverns, considering he's the god of them.

We could even give a temple there that serves as a graveyard/ statue garden where Dwarves can party amongst the dead.

I feel like killing other players could be easily exploited though. People might get sick of my stone dick jokes and just jump me out of the blue.

I think justice deaths should be allowed. Murder would have to take into account the right things happen... Also would probably be all based on how the fortress master does things.

If there were a clean way to let two parties fight each other without involving anyone else, I'd let murder happen whenever. As it stands, we'll probably have to simulate a fight in the arena and execute the loser or something. It'd be best for all parties if you don't start killing each other yet, but I'm not saying it's not an option.
