Looks pretty good, I am just curious as to what the Shaker and Thinker mean

Shaker means someone who can  alter their environments.

Thinker means things like precognition, extreme multitasking, and generally picking up on things that others cannot.

Also, GWG, you call 'Spine' 'Rib' in the accompanying description.

Shaker, as noted, generally involves some kind of environmental control--in your case, the hydrokinesis. Seemed like the closest fit.
Thinker powers are a bit less well-defined, but basically boiling down to knowing things normal people wouldn't, whether through some sort of extra sense (hydrovoyance or Taylor's bug-sense, for instance) or a more direct method (Taylor's power, precogs, etc).

Also, GWG, you call 'Spine' 'Rib' in the accompanying description.
Whoops. Old name slipping through.

Are you gonna enforce the manton effect?

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

More or less. Why do you ask?

Also, hm, I should polish off those character sheets and get started.

I just want to say, though I probably won't play in this game, this thread caused me to read through the entirety of Worm.

It took me a solid week.

I REGRET NOTHING! ;)

That's because there is nothing to regret.

Alright. Two notes:

1. Venom 29.9. Seriously, that was...argh!
For those who haven't caught up: Epic cliffhanger.

2. I think it's fair to say that everyone is fine with their characters, so I'll get this party started. I have some more stuff to do, but it's all just typing out what you already know. And making more heroes. So, let's begin!

July 14, 2012. Toronto. Noon.

Um...hm. Where is everyone this summer morning end-of-the-morning?

((might as well help getting the characters together a bit))

Selina is walking around a park. She remembered this park, she had hidden herself here the first day... She sighed and tried to keep her face hidden, not wanting to be recognized at all, even if it had been over a month since it happened, she was barely getting by... Did she even want to get by? She didn't know, she just didn't know...

Tabitha is on her way to her assigned workshop/manufacture in the nearby protectorate building. To be more specific, she's debating the pros and cons of shooting the current traffic light.
