Tabitha manages to salvage most of the basics. Some of her more complex machines are irreparable, but aside from her prototype bits of the power-serum-making machine, it should be pretty easy to remake.
On that note...
[2] Between a lack of time and a lack of materials, Tabitha has not even begun restarting that particular project.

Delphinium takes Kinetics to a practice room, where she attempts to explain the operating procedures of the containment foam sprayer, using an empty canister.  "As you saw when we first met, unless you intend to take yourself out of the fight, do not ever point the nozzle straight up or at yourself.  This is pretty much like a higher pressure fire extinguisher a safety switch," she flips the safety towards herself and attempts to pull the trigger.  There's a small release of gas, indicating that the safety is off, she flips the safety back and attempts again and isn't able to pull down the trigger.  "That's about all that I know about these things, if you want to get into the technical reasons why it works, you'll have to ask blaster."

Selina nods, getting it all into her head as best she can. She hoped this was just a precaution and wouldn't end up needing to be used.

((I would have expected her to wear something a little heavier.  Not like platemail, but she can go crazy fast and mildly project her attacks, having something with a little more protection on her arms and shoulders at the very least would probably help.  Maybe some hand guards and shoulder pads, if she just wants to hit someone while going at full speed, and worry a little less about breaking herself on them.))

This is the skeleton suit from the new xcom. It provides slight projectile protection, and has a grappling hook. Its downside is its somewhat fragile against bigger hits. The boots could also be modified leg bracers.
