Who said you that we can't use all our workers to expand the docks?

The entire worker population of our nation?

Thats hundreds of thousands of workers man.
They ain't using all of them for just that dock.

Thats why it's a request, the government builds it for us off site, meaning it doesn't touch our 100 workers at all it's done with civilian workers. Your dock still gets all 100 and we still get the factory as well.

And no way in any reality are they going to devote the entire worker population of the mainland to expanding 1 dock. Even with making the little wharfs there is more then enough people to do the factory as well.

On a side note, the punisher is approximately 10% explosives by weight.

Quite interesting, don't you think.

Kinda worrying as well.

Will the factory pass to be rolled for with only 2 votes? Since it's a request so doesn't use our resources?

If something has no drawbacks, and has uses not resources that have been otherwise allocated, it can pass with as few as 1 vote. Otherwise, it'll need at least 3.

Also, if you don't like a change, counterproposals exist.

Oh nice, in that case maybe I should bump it to several factories, since it doesn't touch our resourses I might as well try to get a few while the government is in the Oh god please save phase generous mood.

Set us up nicely for an early mass production run then retool some for bombers once they're ready.

Well, I designed Punisher as a 300 ton torpedo, but that approach isn't popular :)

BTW, isn't anything put into production is done by our own workers? That's a main reason why I'll not vote for E, I want our workers to expand  docks

No lol dude.

The 100 workers are our personal workers, they handle all on site jobs.

Anything off site is a government request and is handled by government workers, or at least thats how I understand it from Ebbors early comment.

We can't do a tone in one turn off site I shouldn't think. But a 1 time mass boost to Raven production? Should be fine and incredibly useful.

Aren't government request covered by the Greek alphabet section?

Our 100 man work team is only working on on-site improvements, and the production of prototypes of designs(Which is kind off abstracted away, but still there.).

Other factories are commissioned. On a side note, the amount of government favor you have is sort of a limited resource.

Apparently not.

The Greek alphabet is there for all things that don't fit into the 2 other categories. (Ie, Designs and production)

Yay for confusion.

Well in this case I'm sure the government agrees that us not getting bombed back to the stone age is a good thing and will be happy to provide factories to mass produce our new toy.

Besides we need those fighters and we need them fast, we're massively out numbered as things stand so using some of that resource is well worth it to cut down the number of fighters we'll lose by being less out numbered.

Sure I'll just call you nothing instead. Can't say the wrong thing then.

We are outnumbered in the sea, see no indication that we are massivelly outnumbered in air (assuming 50 ravens made) , especially considering that we will fight over our own territory

Our enemy is a bigger nation who began production at least 1 year ago likely more.

So it's a safe bet they have far more then 50 fighters already.
Then factor in they are producing while we are and thats at least as many new planes for them as for us with 1 factory.
Our plane has higher specs meaning they can likely produce more in 1 factory then us.
Being a bigger nation and planning to start a war it's a safe bet they prepared first meaning it's likely they have multiple factories working on production so they'd come into it with a numerical edge and could continue to mass produce to bolster themselves during the fighting.

All in all the odds are very high that they have a significant advantage in planes over us considering we've got exactly 1 years worth of Ravens this turn.
2+ factories instead of 1 is going to make a massive difference in our opening counter offensive. Our higher quality is good for evening out the odds a little, but higher quality and good numbers is better.

Is my reasoning sound 10ebbor10 on the enemies numerical aerial situation?

Heh well it all makes logical sense, if your gonna start a war you prepare first to give yourself an edge.
