Well if Epsilon goes through and is a success it solves our problem short term. Gets all our people out safely and reinforced Crow pretty nicely. Might also be enough to buy a year or 2 for us to produce planes and ships before they attack so it's a bit more even.

Right then UR, I just put forward a couple of large projects (One which should've happened on the last turn, but didn't for some reason >.>)
Probably a tie involved somewhere.

Also the fact that some votes were made after the turn was almost finished, and therefore ignored.

Taricus, no thanks. I prefer our engineers working on something useful in naval war we are currently in, if our large teams will work on the medium projects like torpedo\aircraft engine it will help us to get torpedo bombers earlier, while we don't need tanks in that kind of war

And thanks god that our teams worked on useful stuff last turn, like Shark and Raven, not that monstrous, nearly useless half-track. We got a lucky tie breaker here, and it brought us Raven that gives us a chance in land war, instead we could have a bad half-track and no fighter at all, or half-track and no better torpedoes

It's not as if we have the capacity to use any new developments in the naval department for some time, wile the drydocks are busy...

We are expanding the docks, and we may and should switch production to better models. Good Submarines (lucky rolls) can and will be produces even if we'll reduce production of other ships. Protectors for example, not that good for defensive war, they are raiders after all

Also, we have no factories to spare to start building armored units, even for land war, need for artillery is greater

BTW, not happy with producing trucks and quite confused why people don't want to boost production of Sharks by retooling it, After all one of the main advantages of small vessels, that details for them can be done at almost any suitable factory... And we know that it uses exactly the same engine as trucks

I think we're gonna retool it for the bomber once it's ready. Btw E needs more votes. We need that second Raven factory and the government is ok with us making new factories again. We need to get that Raven mass produced fast.

Thing is though, is that while they do currently have a larger navy, I doubt they can effectively resupply it with new ships. I think that a lot of the resources they use to build them comes from overseas.

Continuing to build the trucks is a sound plan. The more we have after the entire army is motorised strengthens the economy as the people can move resources around more efficiently. A more effective option would to designing a torpedo bomber or the like based off the raven, or even just a simple torpedo that can be launched from an aircraft.

I agree on that but we're a while off from a land war, so we can produce more trucks closer to the time and redirect that factory once we have the new bomber. Trucks ain't much use to us in a defensive war fought on the sea and in the air.

Vote for E people we need those planes if we're gonna even out the playing field before they attack closer to home.

I'd prefer all effort put in expanding docks, so no E from me
Right now we have enough votes for

Light torpedo  (necessary for torpedo bomber)
Batteries  (necessary for a good submarine)
Engine  (Necessary for heavy planes)
Rocket torpedo (IMO, useless but will give nice insights for later. And it's fun ahistorical stuff, something I like. )
SMG (Useful if things will go badly and we'll have to do with enemy assault)

No large projects here

We can do the dock and the factory in the same turn mate, we have more then enough civilian workers to manage it.  Right Ebbor?

The factory is a request, as it isn't an on site building. It's simply plotted down somewhere in the mainland. As you're not using your workers to build it, it's fine.

Likewise, you can request dockyards to be build off site.

Scientific institutions and other research thingies, as well as specialized prototype production installations can be build on site.

Edit: I'm currently reworking the rules for ship-building, in order to make UR's factories for boats plan possible. Basically, I'm adding a construction time thingy to the designs.

We can do a large expansion of docks, or we can have smaller expansion of docks and second raven factory. I prefer the former. And would like any new naval designs. Preferably subs.  One of my goals is to expand our main dock to 2500t so we can build Protectors here

And added new strategy to get more Sharks. We need a lot of them to stop the landings. Many small wharfs should be hard to destroy and we can safely retire most of them after the war will end

..... Dude we have far more workers then will be used for the docks. They ain't gonna take everybody and put them on just that even if it's all that passes.
