That was a point buy, but then, I also did a roll with.. Azura, whoever that is on your campaign room, and got 16, 14, and the rest you are seeing right there.

I applied the human racial modifier 2 to the 16, getting an 18.

Thus, nothing effectively changed.

Who's the 'face' in our group? E.g. Who has the highest Char score? Because of it's mine at 14 then I'm going to die laughing.

I also happen to have 14 charisma. My guess is that the Oracle has the highest cha, probably around 16.

The Oracle has a Cha of 18 and has points in Diplo, Sense Motive and Intimidate (got a trait for it to be a CS).
The Oracle is also basically a support medic, but is not a skill monkey, nor is he a tank.
Also, I would like to opt for a point buy if it would improve my stats. My physical stats are all below 10, which is not good. Not good at all. That was using random.org for dice rolls. Afterwards, I was like "well, I'll keep this, but what would I have gotten if I used the character generator to roll?". All stats had positive modifiers, most of them +2. I cried a little inside.

How does we linky char sheets? Can we do that through roll20?

You may Link your character sheets in Roll20 such as by adding a new discussion page (I ask people not to metagame or even outright resist looking at other people's sheets if possible). I can also set it up so you can access your character sheets in game.

Also yeah if your rolls are lousy you can opt for point buy... I've given in.
