Name:Rocket Launcher Man*
Appearance: A humanoid figure with a torso, arms, legs, and head composing entirely of assorted rocket launchers. Stands about seven feet tall. The body is a spine of an RPG-7 and a bulk of M202 Flash rocket launchers, with the limbs being composed of multiple conjoined AT4s. Its head is a pair of FIM-92 Stingers. It is believed to see through the scopes on these weapons, but nobody knows for sure.
Personality: As printed on his "body" in many places: "Explosive. Handle with care."
Age: Serial numbers on the weapons integrated into his "body" have dates of manufacture as early as 1978 and as new as 2011. While it is possible that none of these are original parts, the necessary use of electronic scopes suggests he is newer than the oldest parts in his body. Rocket Launcher Man was first sighted only eight months ago, however.
Gender: *The "gender", if any, of Rocket Launcher Man is unknown. However, he/she/it responds to this name.
Job: Rocket Launcher Man's purpose, and who or what created him, are unknown. Now that he is loose in the world, Rocket Launcher Man does not appear to be carrying out the orders of any creator or commanding entity.
Backstory: Rocket Launcher Man is suspected to have been created, found, or contained in a weapons factory aboard a ship in international waters. After Rocket Launcher Man's appearance, the factory was destroyed with all of its workers by an air strike- the factory's destuction coinciding with Rocket Launcher Man's appearance is the only evidence that Rocket Launcher Man originated there. Because the factory was very secretive and all evidence has been sunk to the bottom of the pacific ocean, the nation or group which destroyed the factory is as mysterious as the one that owned it.
Crime that send you in prison: Whoever or whatever found or created Rocket Launcher Man attempted to contain him and keep him from the outside world. They failed.
Everything Else: Rocket Launcher Man can be reasoned with; he understands written and spoken English, Russian, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese. A few rewards appear to entice him: Rocket launchers and rockets, promises that he will be hidden from government entities, and offers of information- however, it is not clear what information he wants.
Skills: Rocket Launcher Man's skillset barely resembles a normal human. He has numerous abilities and weaknesses:
-Rocket Launcher Man can fire rockets from all of his limbs and body at an alarming rate, with accuracy about that of an ordinary soldier trained in the use of the weapons- some of the rockets are dumbfire and some of them are capable of homing in on vehicles or GPS coordinates.
-Rocket Launcher Man can integrate rocket launchers he finds into his body, becoming larger and more powerful. He can also attach spare rockets to himself or store them inside the chambers of unused launchers.
-Rocket Launcher Man can reorganize his body, reconfiguring his rocket launchers. His head and body tend to remain more or less the same. This process takes several minutes.
-He is as durable as the rocket launchers he is made of, making him impossible to, say, poison, and extremely difficult to harm with, say, a knife. If a rocket launcher is damaged so as to become unusable, it falls off.
-Rocket Launcher Man cannot speak or write. While he can read and understand language, he cannot communicate himself to other except by nodding, shaking his head, or making very simple gestures.
-Rocket Launcher Man, not having hands, cannot operate almost any machinery, tools, or non-rocket weapons. He cannot operate vehicles, or use computers or phones, but he can open doors or climb ladders with extreme difficulty.
-Rocket Launcher Man's metal parts are vulnerable to rust or corrosion.
-Rocket Launcher Man is vulnerable to fire or carefully targeted attacks that might set off his explosives prematurely. This will destroy at least the rocket launcher affected, and usually damage or disconnect multiple others.
-Rocket Launcher Man is extremely conspicuous. Because his head is composed basically of two four-foot-long sticks mounted horizontally, he cannot even disguise himself under a loose cloak.
