Prisoner Report Of:
Ernst Handel
Name: Ernst HandelAppearance: 5' 6'. Caucasian. Short brown hair. The only thing you really notice are his eyes. They're light blue, and perfectly normal. What you notice is how they seem shift, constantly taking in the surroundings: analyzing the ceiling, the walls, the floor --even you. Back and forth and upside down and around again. Nothing else noticeable, really. Just those damned eyes.
Personality: Exhibits no noticeable irregularities. Except those damned cards. He's always shuffling them, back and forth and upside down and around again, like his eyes. He seems normal, but... I don't think he's playing with a full deck --if you'll pardon the expression.
Age: He seems to be in his late twenties or thirties. In reality, he only recently "celebrated" his nineteenth birthday. Such a shame, but I guess some grow up fast, nowadays. I swear, this world's upside down, all around.
Gender: Male.
Job: Unemployed. At least, that's all he's told us. If he had one before prison, it's not in the records. He just moved back and forth and upside down and around again on the streets.
History: He grew up on the streets. I don't know how he got there, or even what streets. He wouldn't say. Just shifted those blasted eyes of his around the room, back and forth and upside down and around again. I think he got those cards from someone he knew long before his arrest. He seems to be rather attached to them. The guards tried to confiscate the deck several times, to no avail. He never did anything at the time, just handed them over. But minutes later, he'd have those damned cards again. Shuffling them back and forth and upside down and around again. No one admitted to giving them back. No one ever admitted to anything about him. They'd just shift the conversation back and forth and upside down and around again.
Criminal History: The idiot tried to steal a squad car, while the officer was in it, and on duty. The fool kept saying he would have it back in a few hours, and that it was "no big deal, don't worry about it". He's not all that bad, though. He's just a little weird. He ran, too. He ran up and down and back and forth and upside down and around again but they caught him, eventually.
Additional Notes: There's nothing special about the prisoner, really. I'm gonna try to talk to the boss about getting him back out of maximum security. The poor kid's been pushed around back and forth and upside down and around again, so many times.

Skills: Hypnotism, basically.
If it isn't obvious from the above paragraphs (it probably isn't, honestly) Ernst is a hypnotist. Think of The Mentalist, but German. And kinda evil. And younger, though he might not look it.
His mind games aren't supernatural, and they do fail, on occasion (like the incident he was arrested for). Typically though, he prefers to do the cerebral parts of a job. He is not a tough cookie.
