2. Design auxiliary ship named : Fisher
Desired specs:
350t-700t displacement
Sonar
Hedgehogs (designed to be removed quickly freeing deck for cargo)
Single unarmored 80mm gun for self defense (designed to be removed quickly freeing deck for cargo)
Two unarmored 40mm guns for AA defense (designed to be removed quickly freeing deck for cargo)
Ability to carry one or two helicopters
Place to hold commando teams and their weapons
Diesel engine
Silent shafts (even if that hurts speed)
Seaworthy

Ship designed to hunt subs, bring special forces to enemy territory and capture enemy unarmed vessels using soldiers deployed from a helicopter

3. Design new, air-droppable depth charge

4.Design an improved 30mm autocannon, focus on reducing weight and increasing firing speed.

look a aircraft weapon cheat sheet ;)

A.1
Switch all production of truck factory to mule SPG, expand automotive factory to produce new tank

B. Yet another naval production plan change:
Build two new 1000 ton docks dedicated to production of hunters, switch dry dock (when free from repairs) to producing hunters and\or prototype of whatever ship we design.

C. Create a small (100 points) helicopter factory

D. Scrap 90% of remaining Raven for machineguns, engines and materials. Rest to be used as training aircrafts

Do we need C? Afterall, would it not just count as aircraft?

Strong against for C and D. We can just let them...rot, and we don't really need the guns.

Necroing last turn's flying boat design:

5. Auk Patrol Bomber: Using our experience in the Albatross and Grigoviches to design a semi-large Flying boat featuring a large hull/fuselage, and at least two 800kW engines. Required features are large fuel tank (possibly inside wing), very good range (on par with our bombers if possible), good cargo capacity, radio capacity, low stall speed, and reasonable bombing capacity. Main weapons would be bombs or depth charges carried underwing or in the belly; sub-armaments would be drop tanks, searchlight, Sonobuoys, mines, and occasionally rockets. Self-defense limited to 15mm turrets each end. Can also be converted to a cargo plane by stripping out some equipment, if needed.

5.1: Same, except no mines. Instead, depth charges.

Also, think we need a new sub? I can go dredge up my last proposal for one.

Alpha: Attack the remaining enemies on crow's island.
Beta: Refortify crow's island; include two RADARs and a big airfield.

Design Proposal 6: Design two varieties of landing crafts: One to transport 24 infantry, one to transport one tank. Armour them against small-arms fire. Low draft, high speed, ramp to the front

Design proposal 7: Design a new aircraft fighter engine. Not necessarily compatible with the Sparrow airframe.

1932.1: Continue work on the tank
1932.1.1: If time is left, build an amphibious adapter to allow the tank to swim about 250m of reasonably calm sea

Proposal 6: Heavy Cruiser (Medium, for preliminary work and design comparison.) In order to keep up against the enemy's fleet, a new cruiser far larger than what the Moldavians are currently fielding. (Though semi-displaced from the Annihilator, the design is intended to rectify the major flaws found within the annihilator's design)

"Great White Shark" class heavy cruiser:
10,000 tons displacement (Approx.)
Six 300mm guns, placed in three turrets. Two placed at the front, one at the rear (Totalling 1950 tons @ 650 a turret)
2,800 tons for Steam Turbines
40 tons for SONAR system
2,300 tons cruiser parts
2,500 tons armour
40 40mm Auto-cannons mounted in two-gun turrets (150 tons @ 7.5 tons a turret)
14 80mm Cannons, placed in two-gun mounts along the broadside, and one on the rear, (260 tons approx. @ 37 tons a turret)
50 tons for RADAR system

Proposal 7: Short rifle (Med/Sml): As an intended replacement for the revolutionary rifle within our assault forces (Line units should still continue to be equipped with the revolutionary), cut down the weight and length of the original rifle, using a folding stock to help accommodate this modification.

Proposal 8: Aircraft engine (Med/sml): Design a new aircraft engine, in every way superior to our last two iterations of engines (Even if only slightly). It must be around the same dimensions as our current engines in service, so that it can be refitted onto all existing craft that utilise the former two.

Proposal 9: Flak shells (Med/sml) Develop a set of anti-aircraft shells to be used by our 40mm and 80mm cannons, so that they're more effective in eliminating enemy aircraft.

Proposal Delta: Merge Theta and Delta teams into a new delta team, and lift the restriction on land vehicles from Alpha (Dedicating Alpha to naval projects). Delta is to work on a large ground vehicle project (That isn't a modification) that has atleast a single vote.

Proposal Eta: Specialists Request two automotive specialists, one Ballistics specialist, and one electronics specialist (This proposal accounts for the unobtained specialists last turn as well, which explains the numbers.)

Proposal 12: Super-heavy Artillery "Hercules" [Medium]: Design an artillery piece with the following specifications:

Weight: Between 1500 to 2000 tons
Length: More than 50 meters
Length of barrel: At least 60% of finished blueprint
Caliber: More than 40 centimeters
Range: 30 kilometers minimum
Elevation: Range between at least 20 and 40 degrees, additional a plus

Proposal 13: Heavy Naval Bombardment Vessel "Hyperion" [Medium/Large]: Design a ship with the following specifications:

Approx. 5000 tons displacement, out of which:

-24% armor/hull
-28% tons propulsion (focus on usage of liquified coal, if impossible, utilize steam propulsion)
-2% RADAR (dual system)
-24% inertial dampeners (described later)
-22% assorted cruiser parts
-1 fore-mounted "Hercules" cannon with loading assistance systems

Inertial dampeners: I assume these do not require their own proposal as they are the assorted infrastructure required for the recoil of the Hercules cannon to not shatter the hull. Godspeed, brave engineers.

I'll also vote for both and throw what Taricus wrote into the relevant spoilers and hope I didn't break anything too much.

8.1 Designate that as a Annihilator variant and thus not subject to Team Alpha's one ship per turn rule. Focus on simplifying the propulsion.

Take a look at the Paris-Geschütz (link in English). Artillery of that size just isn't practical - that's why we invented rockets.
