Minor addendum.

In an effort to make the game move faster for the first turn, and because votes are infinite anyway, you can vote and post suggestions at the same time.

12. A LMG chambered for the 8x54mm bullet featuring a tubular mag, collapsible stock and blowback operation. The length in all should be no more than 1.5m and should be designed to be easily mounted on a tripod or a mount.

13. A small, six wheeled APC capable of holding a crew of two (one before driving and one behind in an open turret) along with eight troops on side mounted open bench seats. The seats should be recessed slightly, and have some form of bar arrangement that can fold down for the troops. Efforts should be made to make this as fast and as stable as possible while still remaining small (no more than 4 meters high (not counting turret) and no more than 9 meters long. Also no more than 3.5 meters wide.

F. a rocket chest chamber for rockets up to 100 pounds of thrust.

12.1 it would be better suited to being a SMG or useing a stronger cartridge, 9x25mm is a hand gun round and would give us a weak short ranged machine gun.

What round do you think? I will probally change it.
Hell, Im just going to look at the round sises we use allready and pick one.

I went with the strong rifle round one. And i think it will be a slightly heavy MG now... Ah well. I guess it has small mags when not mounted...

This seems interesting, but I think I'll just watch for a bit.

((Well, let's get this started then))

Spoiler: Voted proposals (click to show/hide)

Work on the Infantery Rifle progresses well, though the recoil operation proves problematic. The rifle has a tendency to jam, and isn't very durable.  Accuracy and range are also slightly inferior compared to the standard Mosin Nagant. The rifle is also slightly more expensive, but that shouldn't be problematic.

The engineers somewhat naively tried to simply lengthening the barrel. The result is an unbalanced gun, which terrible accuracy and a tendency to blow itself up every other minute. It's a wonder there were no casualties.
Spoiler: Naval artillery Cannon (click to show/hide)

Design of the grenade is similarly troubling. The timed fuse is unreliable, and has a tendency to go of randomly when subject to shocks or excessive movement. Or not go off at all.

Work on the Valyize pistol goes splendidly. The pistol does excellent in all tests, performing well above expectations. In fact, this might be one of the best pistols in it's kind, at this time. It's certain to remain in service for quite some time.(Choose 3 traits.)

Spoiler: Possible traits (click to show/hide)

The truck progresses well, with a carrying capacity of 10 tons, giving it the capability of towing the 80 mm gun and some ammunition. However, engine problems giving it a fairly slow maximum speed, and some maintenance problems.
Spoiler: Truck (click to show/hide)

A new factory is constructed, producing a variety of arms for the army, as no machine guns have yet been designed. At the same time, salvaging operations on the destroyer sunk in the harbor begin, in order to free space and allow larger dockyards to be repaired. Question is whether you want to salvage the ship, or just get rid of it.

29 40mm cannons were build.

((As a note, please both include your votes separately as well as adding them to the spoiler. Dropping the later is OK, but without separate votes it's rather hard to do recounts. ))

So, I think we have small arms covered for few years at least, still we need to work on navy, and we still need a gun for it. Or rather guns. First armored unit and aircrafts would be nice to have, too
Also I suggest to not design everything, we may fill some holes by importing

1. Try to improve the performance of the 120mm gun by thickening the barrel and reinforcing it's structure... Don't spend effort on balancing carriage for it, turning it into a pure ship\fort weapon that is not intended to be used in the field
2. Develop heavy 15mm machinegun to act as AA weapon (especially for navy) , main arnament of our earlier vehicles and fixed position infantry support
3. Develop a light armored car , if possible armed with the new 15mm machinegun, else leave space for future installment of some weapon

A. Build truck factory
B. Salvage the destroyer, keep expanding the dock

Alpha: Suggest government to start exporting half of the so successful pistol to generate profits.
Beta: Suggest to sell half of produced truck to civilian markets
Gamma: Ask government to buy some aircrafts for our army

I suppose you could do that.
