Also, aren't rocket tests pure design proposals? What are they doing in production proposals?

We are just testing propellants right now, no rockets or even really any injection systems.
Or are we working on injection systems...

As a side note, testing rockets as a production proposals will have little more result than

a) It flies.
b) It flies then explodes
Or a variation thereupon

A zerocost, zero risk operation has very limited results.

8. The weed whacker ( Small. ) : A round mine packed with shrapnel on all sides, it has a strong spring in the bottom capable of throwing the mine straight up to 5 feet and a timer set to explode at that point showering shrapnel in all directions. It's triggered by prongs in the top that when depressed hit a trigger inside to start the timer and set off the spring. Aim to make it roughly the circumference of a kitchen plate and 3 inches thick.

9. Turtle MSV ( Large. ) : Basically this vehicle http://www.3vwargames.com/galleries/gall_ww2/sdfz2.jpg. Use duel project 2206 truck engine and add a rotating platform inside able to turn 360 degrees to mount a heavy weapon on. Give it 1.5cm thick slopped armor on the front 5mm the rest. ( AA gun, Indirect artillery and such. )  Include a tow bar on the rear.

(( You should I think be able to fit 4 standing people inside the back along with the weapon if you position the guns in the corners to provide protection against infantry since it won't always be possible to keep them away from the frontline.
MSV means mobile support vehicle, in essence it's an empty shell you can adapt to any role you like, artillery, mortar, aa, people carrier, supply carrier, infantry support. Just bolt on whatever you need. ))

You did, but a halftrack is a bit more adaptable to different terrains then purely wheeled so I wanna try it first.

You also have the mechanical considerations to deal with, howabout just tracked, or even have two sets of tracks?
Also, I think that design normally had a turret and 8 people in back who where able to give supporting fire. i do like the idea of having G mounts on the sides for those inside.

Well, I see this got revived. Best get something to use one of those small slots.

Proposal 10: Sub-machine gun (Small). Develop a cheap, reliable and easy to use SMG utilizing the the same 9x25mm round in the pistols.

Proposal 6.1 (Counter-proposal to proposal 6): Armadillo Armoured Car. Mostly the same as Proposal 6, with the addition of a turret ontop of the vehicle for the machine gun to be mounted on, so that the gunner has a much wider field of fire. Proposal also accepts variation in how the turret is powered, if powering it via the engine impacts performance too sharply. Vehicle chassis is also to be four-wheeled.

It does, but you won't fit 8 standing people and a big ass gun in the back unless you want to smack them in the head with the gun when you turn it. 4 in the corners is a better fit. Also, I posted in OOC so lets move it to that. ))

6.1.1 In addition, if possible, try to improve on the gun traverse so the gun can be effective in both AA and AI situations.
9.1 Counter proposal: Mount the new 120mm gun onto it, and strip all armor, and turret traverse, leaving only the feed mechanism and elevation intact. It should be firing backwards and if needed cut the barrel short. Keep a limited traverse like other guns of the era. In other words, a self-propelled gun.

Lets see if the 120mm works as land based arty first.

Well... three small and two large projects. Let's see for my priorities. Oh, and added: Proposal 11: Build a test rocket. 100kg, with about half of that warhead.
