Appearance: A huge brown creature found in temperate woodland. It is known for its ferocious attack, usually when it or its young are threatened.
A large mammal with shaggy chocolate-colored hair and sharp teeth.  Standing at 7ft tall on his hind legs, he is thin but muscular for his size.  His narrow eyes are amber in color and his nose is coal.  A jagged scar snakes down his right paw.  The pads of his paws are brown, and his nails are black.  Hungry, he appears to be driven by curiosity and the search for food to the area.  He is easily infuriated by any aggression shown to him.

I actually thought I could get in 2-3 updates per week when I started this. Hahahahahano.

I've tried starting to draw this turn several times, but didn't get anywhere. Nonetheless, I fully expect to make progress today, even if it means reducing the quality down to stick figures.

Nope, sorry, it's dead. 

Every time I go to draw, I'm already psyched out of it by the fights and multiple character interactions, neither of which I've previously spent much time practicing. Surprisingly, I don't think the hefty player count is really doing much to dissuade updates. I now have a clear idea of what I should be spending the next month or two practicing.

Samarkand, your help was appreciated. I'm not sure why, but I find writing the turns significantly easier if I'm not worrying about tracking the statuses myself.

Spoiler: I'll just post the final turn anyway, since I have it written. (click to show/hide)

{1} - Raksharak gives helpful advice for capturing the giant raccoons and foraging for food. He does not seem to fully realize the difference between a lethal blow and a non-lethal attack, and doesn't really know what foods should be foraged.

{6} - Noot warms his egg. It begins hatching! At last!

{1} - Kemla throws a javelin into the fray. She {2} {6} nearly hits Quixote, but he gracefully sidesteps at the last moment, without even looking up.

-{1}vs{2} - Kishquark lands and tries to chop his foe's legs, but embeds his axe in the ground instead. {2} It breaks, and the animal rams him angerly.
-1 HP

-{2} - Kromewill continues pulling the nice creature's tail. It snaps at him.

-{6} - Iernys jumps down from the hill, enters the cave, notices Kromewill's failed attepts at befriending a badger, and slaps his hand away. She proceeds to show him the proper way to gain a badger's trust.

-{6} - Pescal decides that the kobolds will be fine for a while and leaves to track down a bear. After a brief fishing detour, he successfully finds a grizzly bear. The bear accepts his offering of fish, and is not immediatly hostile.

-{5} - Vladimir was a moderatly unhappy bear. His territory was shrinking and food was growing scarce. One day a not-food offers him a food. It is a satisfactory food. He instinctively knows that the not-food is not something he should eat, and that it isn't a threat. The not-food does not act like something he should eat or a threat .. Is it a tree?

-{6} - Kork hugs everyone he sees. He still hurts.
+1 HP each for Brasspate and Kromewill.
+1 MP for Brasspate

{5}-2(bad instructions) - Brasspate leaves as quickly as he can fight off a second hug from the strange hug-happy people. Only after leaving the embrace does he realize that it was magical, and that he absorbed a bit of mana from it, but the brown-and-green one had already turned back to someone else. He looks around for food they might be able to eat in the direciton their leader kept gesturing to during its speech. Sneaking into their good graces was an excellent plan, he mused.
Poor-Tasting Roots (x3) found.

-{4}vs{2} - Quixote delivers a devastating counter-attack to his target while listening to his leader's speech. It starts bleeding heavily, and can't take much more of this.

-{2}vs{1}-1(swarm bonus) - Lukeinator finds his opening after Quixote's attack, and snaps the beast's neck with his whip.
