I predict that the first mod will be to re-add blasting charges :P

Excellent! Those changes should liven things up a good bit.

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been around. Been working hard on..... THIS :D

RimWorld Alpha 2 Cannibal Modders

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rhw3j_pYWnI

Modding support, cannibalism, blah blah. I know you dwarf people are really only interested in the fact that you can now build super-stony stone walls. Well there you go.

Oh and sebcool - I circumvented you. I made the blasting charges myself and included them in the release as a demo mod.

Oh well I didn't actually forget cannibalism, I was copypasting from the changelog and there was an entry "Cannibalism causes bad thoughts" but no actual "added cannibalism" entry, so I guess that's why I missed it.

It's nice that we can have cooked food now, but I don't see any way to keep a minimum stock of food (I can't just cook everything because cooked meals rot in a few days).

I gotta agree.  It would be nice to be able to keep a maximum stock, cause of the rotting.  Also, I don't think the cooking skill gains exp up while cooking...

*Dusts off topic* So, the new update is amazing. There music, and it's catchy, reminds me of Wild Arms music. Factions work, too, so we finally have primitive people with rocks and bows raiding our colony. I can't stop playing.
