"For the record, can I note that Frollo was not the one in the thick of the fighting, so 'little trouble' is relative. Anyway, the girl's hurt but not too bad, as far as I can tell. I think she'll be alright with a little rest outside a combat zone. Should wake up in a few hours, probably whilst very confused and with a rather bad headache."

"...I see. Well, I'll make room for it in the Argoth Bay. Bring the girl to the Inn after you finish gearing down. We'll see what we can do from there."

With a low rumble the village gates opened up.

Head inside and try to get Carsinque in for an overhaul...she needs it, after all that.

When everyone entered the argoth bay, they noted that a new tan argoth with reptilian features was now situated in what was once an empty space. The team dragged the broken argoth they found into the bay and gently set it down in a corner for the smiths and mechanists to look at. As the mercenaries parked their argoths back by their respective scaffolding, Flint climbed out of his argoth Bramble where he had been using its communicator to speak to them.

He made a gesture commanding the workers to start doing repairs and walked towards where the group had started to gather.

"Alright, let me see her."

Dismount. Get down into the bay and help the mechanics with the broken Argoth. Use the opportunity to examine its guts and learn more about the way it works and where it came from. Compare it mentally to my own Argoth.

Point out the weapons scarred hull of the busted Argoth to the mech boss.

: What would you say caused this kind of damage?

Give him a rundown on the basic condition we found her in.

Cora fumed as she climbed down the ladder. She was growing tired of Sacha's constant remarks, and she hated pettiness, especially when it involved lives. She dropped the last few feet and stomped over to the female pilot.

: Sacha, are you always this thick, or only when anything important is happening?

She spun on her heel without waiting for a reply and stormed over to the crew of mechanics as they worked on the downed Argoth. She was feeling slighted, and was not at all in the mood for bickering after the long fight with the lava creature. She sought out the mech boss to ask a few questions about the damage she had noticed on the damaged Argoth.

((It was meant to be somewhat on the side of snide right?))

@Cora

There didn't seem anything particularly strange about the Argoth, the markings and design indicated it to have been Tresk. It looks like it was built quite a long time ago. The engine itself appears mostly intact.

"T'be honest, looks like whatever took her down musta been another Argoth. Mighta been a very strange Gaiakin, but judging by the damage I wouldna be surprised if she flew too far East and got spotted by a patrol of somethin. Impressive that she flew all the way here before crashing if that's what happened though."

Sacha stood stock still for a few seconds shocked to speechlessness that Cora had confronted her like that. With a look of pure rage on her face she started stomping towards Cora. Ripping off her helmet she flung it towards the purple haired pilot though missed by a wide margin.

"Listen here princess! I will NOT have someone talk to me like that! I'm going t-"

Sacha paused for a few moments. It was obvious her rage was only growing.

"You're taking HER SIDE!? WHAT THE HELL FROLLO!" Sacha stomped her foot in frustration "Fine! Whatever... I'll keep your abomination healed. But you and me? Enemies."

"Keep this up, princess, and you'll have more than just her as an enemy. This whole 'holier-than-thou' thing combined with the whole 'being-a-bitch' thing? Not gonna fly. Be careful with what you call abominations, too..."

Kester's eyes flashed as he spoke this last, and a group of mechanics started yelling as part of Carsinque sloughed off in an avalanche of dirt and branches.

"Some of them can hear you. And I can tell you that I don't think Carsinque would appreciate being called something like that."

"Yours still clings to its unholy life! I don't care what you think of me. Like me or hate me it doesn't matter. I won't stop until each and every one of these machines are destroyed. Even if I have to do it with my bare hands." Sacha paused for a moment before she continues "I'll tell you this once, and only once, I don't care if the entire team hates me. I don't care if each and every single one of you wanted to scrape my eyes out with a spoon. I'm going to keep your creatures up and running. I'm going to keep them in the best shape I can. I'm going to do every little thing that I can to make sure that you ungrateful bastards survives every single encounter we have. Why? Because my mission is more important than personal feelings. OUR mission is more important than personal feelings. You keep that in mind." Having said what was on her mind Sacha stomped over to Frollo and leaned against his leg glaring at both Kester and Cora.
