West side crips?

Also i think he said requesting info was encouraged. If anything the GM could just say no.

EDIT: what time is it in australia where you live bro? I remember playing guild wars 2 and aussies being great back up at like 2 or 3 in the morning. Apparently that's when they start getting up. Jesus, you must be missing sleep good sir (or ma'am).

Black Moon Runners?

Moon Runners?

Moonies? (Sailor moon reference if you didn't get it  ;D)

Black Moon Company? I like this one since it sounds badass and menacing.

YES YES YES! BLACK MOON COMPANY. But not for the mainstream mercs that we're using now. We take a few of those mercs out of the main Silver Moon [Mercenary] Company and put them under Melihsa's tutelage. They can be our special black ops unit for assassinations or kidnappings or whatever we want.

Silver Moon Company as our main military force.

Black Moon Company as a spec-ops off-shoot.

We can take a very small group of exceptionally loyal and gifted soldiers and make them take a blood oath swearing undying allegiance to us, forming the Blood Moon Guard. We will have a bodyguard, and the Blood Moons will make up the most central, elite core of that bodyguard.

Spoiler: Corollary (click to show/hide)

Maybe we can make a god...

Wouldn't the Blood moon guard be stronger than our spec ops? Blood moon seems to a personnel guard team that is going to make people think twice before engaging with them or us. Black ops are the ones, that well, they're going to say assasinate someone of high rank and will need to be loyal as to not give into capture/resist tortue/ and kill someone they have no beef with. That sounds like a Blood moon Guard job not.

Other than that, i think this is a +1 and should go to work ONCE we have an actual base of operations, such as a town we can grow. A town where we can have a mothers church come to and bring orphans. A town where we can have a fort for our regulars, a place to say in our manor for our spec op guys, and a secret base to train blood moon guards.

EDIT: Raynor should do some readings on historical accounts of old bodyguard units and special forces.

EDIT 2: Does Meli (ya i shortened her name) even have training for that? She seems more of a knight than a fighter. Again, all should be clearer when we talk/spar with her. It would be really cool if she became our "Black Moon Captain" but lets see what kind of person she is. Does she have her own agenda. An what does she think of big knights that her father commands. Do they accept her? Does she accept them? Also, we are NOT making a god. Raynor if anything will support the father or mother NOT make a new god or believe in a new one.

The main difference between the Blood Moons and the Black Moons is in training and use. The Blood Moons would be the best, most talented and most skilled WARRIORS in the entire land. Their numbers will range from about 10 - 20 (mutable number - can be changed) and will be the hard-core of our bodyguard (we will have more members in our larger bodyguard but the Blood Moons are the absolute top-tier). They will be trained to fight and very little else; as such they will only be useful as bodyguards seeing as how stealth, intimidation, etc. are not fighting skills.

The Black Moons are not our bodyguard. They are our spec-ops and will be sent out to do missions that the Silver Moons (the big main actual army we will have) are not able to complete. They will be much smaller in number than the Silver Moons but greater than the Blood Moons, about 100 - 150. They'll act as a kind of commando unit (IRL commando units weren't a small rag-tag bunch of misfits. They were units of a few hundred men that took strategic points where only a few men could be fielded at a time). Aside from fighting they will have to learn a bunch of other things including stealth, sabotage, hostage-taking, tracking, and all manner of other things. These other skills they'll have to learn will mean that they won't have the same amount of warrior training as Blood Moons.

+1 to your suggestions BTW.

I was actually thinking they can be our own personal god, like a guardian angel or something. Think of the potential!

Let's talk more about the black moons. This is what i think they should have in more precise terms.

Stealth, Assassination, sabotage, infiltration, scouting, trap making (pits or bear traps to slow enemy attacks on there positions), and finally hostage taking and interrogation. They should also be able to fight 2v1 decently since i believe they'll be the ones most in danger.

EDIT: Also what suggestions exactly? Or do we just all assume w.e i bolded?

EDIT 2: Mlam, how's the update coming along? I think me and andre are doing a little too much brain tossing here lol.

First of all, I would thank you for detailing the Black Moons operations more than I did. Secondly, I would actually suggest that Black Moons be able to win a 2v3 fight. 2v1 is a tad too extreme since that'll too greatly limit the potential recruits that could join or else detract too much from their non-combat training. Besides, the Black Moons don't need to be truly excellent fighters to accomplish their goals.

The second paragraph down with the exception of the last, underlined sentence.

Ask Verack what new training equipment and facilities he would want. Because why the hell isn't a huge abandoned warehouse good enough for foot soldiers?

Okay we should drop a line with him on that. But i think it has something to do with the fact that:

1. He has horses to take care off..in a warehouse?
2. Sleeping on the floor must suck.

1. There are no horsemen in the SMMC. There are axemen, archers, halberdiers, fire mages, and trainees but no horsemen. Verack himself wields a claymore so it's VERY UNLIKELY that he'll have a horse since it's impossible (without magic at least) to wield a two-handed sword on horseback.
2. Can't we just buy them beds then? Surely that would be a lot cheaper than buying land. Wait. WHY DO THEY NOT HAVE BEDS ALREADY?

1. The SMMC from my knowledge have pack animals to move there stuff. (armor, food, and etc)

2. Not enough money?

In any case we should drop a line with the captain to see what they have and what they need. An how we could have a smooth transformation of the SMMC to be our personnel army.

Considering that they're MERCENARIES and we're PAYING THEM and we PAID TO GET THEM THE WAREHOUSE I find it HIGHLY UNLIKELY they can't even afford beds or that we forgot 'beds' when also buying 'food, weapons, armour, salary, training equipment, a warehouse, etc'.

You have a point about the pack animals but I sincerely doubt they're a massive hindrance to training.

I thought the warehouse was abandoned and they just went in? I mean it's not rare to see homeless people take up shelter in abandoned buildings in parts of the world. But good point.

Remember you have to take care of your pets also else they die or santa takes them away from you :3

Actually my point was that feeding, watering, and cleaning after the animals shouldn't cut into training time too much. On top of that, warehouses are big so they can be fed, watered, and cleaned after from a fair distance away from the trainees.

EDIT: I just realised that all that manure would stink up the roofed and walled warehouse. It actually makes a lot of sense why Verack would want new, possibly open-air facilities.
