I don't know if joining is still allowed in this particular, but I don't see why you never doing a succession fortress before would disallow you from joining any succession fortress.

I vote no, because if you're going to do that, you might as well just mod the raws, it doesn't make a difference. You're still obtaining cheap (in both meanings of the word) metal, without doing any real work for it. However, if the majority votes yes, then I will accept their decision.
