Turn 2
Wander around in the sun without a source of fresh water.
On the plus side, your clothes are dry. On the downside, you think that this water thing should probably be dealt with rather promptly.
((Next turn you’re still fine without water. After that, I’ll roll for effects on your character, such as dizziness.))
Fall into a coma
You do so.
We need more food.
Enter jungle, listen for noises of creatilures and start the hunt
(4) You slip quietly into the jungle and find...
(2+1) the tracks of a small mammal, but no animal in sight.
Follow the hunter quietly in case he needs help.
(3) You follow, not helping particularly much, but not damaging the cause either.
Head along the coast searching for salvage. Keep in sight of the group.
(2) You do manage to find more driftwood, but with the large pile your friends have already, you aren't sure this is the time to grab more.
Keep looking for edible stuff. Away from the danmned acid-flower thing
(5) As you beat a hasty retreat from the Spitting Twilights, you find your path blocked by a mass of thin stalks bearing green leaflike bulbs. You immediately peel away the paper like exterior, and find the green fruit you were looking for. The fleshy, juicy fruit has a tangy flavor to it.
Edible plant discovered: Husked Solan (Harold does not consume any of the stored food this turn)
Forage for food/plants nearby.
(6) You have a brief moment of extreme clarity, and follow the herbalist. You see him take a bite out of a nearby fruit, and immediately pick as many as you can and carry them back to the crate on the beach using your tattered shirt to hold them.
+8 food for the party, Husked Solan crop depleted
Look for tide pools and rocks
(3) You find a chain of small tide pools, but they don't seem to harbor much of interest in them.
(3,3,6,5,5,2/10 = 2.4) (You fed scapheap this turn. If any character posts (and this will not count as an action) to feed scapheap next turn, he will be fed. If not, he will die) You consume far less food than you found, but your food situation is not resolved. (15.5 food remaining)
[10] As sudden as the storm that sunk your ship, a storm rushes in from off the ocean. (6) It is a torrential downpour, with high winds that make the beach near uninhabitable, but the thick brush of the jungle offers some protection. On the upside, rainwater is fresh water…
