Ok so I'm basing this on a board game I love. (Liftoff!) The goal;
To get a man on the moon and return him safely to Earth. GameplayYou start with 40MB's, you get 60 per turn(modified by successes/failure/random events) You use this money to purchase space programs(Satellite, 1 man, 2 man, 3 man, landers etc) do R&D, recruiting astronauts etc
Can be anything from a directive from your government to do a certain type of mission to disastrous or helpful event.
Choose how many die to roll (up to 8 ) to increase the safety factor of a space program or element
You have to declare that you are scheduling a launch for the next turn before hand.
You need to have in stock, all modules needed for the mission. I.E. you cannot launch an orbital docking mission without a docking module purchased.
You need to pick an Astronaut(if it is a manned mission)
Missions are resolved by d100 rolls with modifiers based on safety factor of the used parts at the stage, astronaut competence and random events from Launch to Splashdown and recovery.
Corporation income is based at 15 instead of 60 for a national space program. It will increase by successes and failures of missions using this corporations equipment.
Corporations can research at half the price of national space agencies, they can also assume that any equipment already researched by the nation they are based in has been researched. For example if the USSR has just flown a 1 man mission into orbit, a Russian company could begin research of a two manned capsule immediately from scratch.
Corporations can sell their equipment for whatever price or deal they see fit.
Corporations get no event cards.
Both Corporations and national space agencies can do joint missions in any way they please, any prestige gained will be split equally between the mission participants. Corporation income is calculated separately from national(A nation wont lose won prestige for using corporate equipment)

+ I will allow some extra players if they are interested as corporations, you can research and sell space programs(parts of a space mission) and maybe some other things. They will however have much less income and other limitations, but will fight for a different top score between only corporations.
