Skim Runes' books, memorizing them. Search around me for any treasure or runes on any walls.
((For clarification, am I at the end of your image, or at the end of the path altogether?))

Also, I'm not sure how memorizing is going to work. It'll probably require either a successful roll or actual use of the skills. Expect an update tonight.

Remember what I said about the update? I kind of forgot about that. Sorry. Also, I plan to make placeholder heads for those who have not yet made them.

Sure, floating heads work

Grab shiny. Very, very, VERY carefully.

(-)Note that very basic actions like this will only require rolls under some circumstances. In addition, they do not use up your turn. You pick up the gem AND FORCE ME TO ADD INVENTORY SPOILERS I HATE YOU.

Carefully go down the flatter path, i.e. the right one.

(HAHA6HAHA)Again, move actions will not require rolls unless:
-You are moving across a long distance.
-You are moving across dangerous terrain.
 -You are in combat.
You move across to the next cave.

Enter the hole. Look for interesting stuff!

(6)You descend via rope without any issues. Note that two actions is somewhat borderline in this case, but since one is doable while descending I'll allow it.
(2)Nothing really jumps out at you.

And down the hole I goooo!

((Sure, floating heads work.))

(3)You begin descending into the hole.

Skim Runes' books, memorizing them. Search around me for any treasure or runes on any walls.
((For clarification, am I at the end of your image, or at the end of the path altogether?))

(4)You begin memorizing the books.

Head down the hole!

(4)You begin descending into the hole.

Lend Sam my books, and keep on continuing down the path

(-)Again, neither of these actions require rolls. You do these things without any trouble.

Eh... I guess I'll go down the hole or something. I'll post the head later so I'd prefer a generic one for now.

Start to go down the hole in a location that allows me to simply walk. If none exist I guess just hang out topside until I know precisely where I'm at.

(?)Neirjin falls down the shaft to the right!

What? The difference between these two images? Obviously there's a small area between these two caves that tilts it slightly.

As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

Mine around the gem with my pickaxe.

It was sitting on the ground. Also, you're still in the dirt layer.

Oh, I thought that there might be a gem deposit. In that case,

Dig straight down!

No! You never dig down!
Also, I'm not entirely sure how effective it is to dig with a pickaxe.

Spoiler: B (click to show/hide)

Hm...doesn't seem to work well with big images...is there a way to make images smaller?

Gah!

Pick up nearby skull, identify it, move to the right until I find something interesting.

((GWG, here.))

Continue down the hole, and try to catch up with GWG. See if he's interested in helping me with my studies while we're down here.
