((They dont have enough men to stop us, a skeleton crew wont have much of standing force, The ship cant pilot itself, even with an Adjutant, and therefor cannot vent the airlocks without orders. Not to mention the only way to open both doors of an airlock is with a manual override as there is no computer system out there that will allow that. Even in the modern day. Its hardwired in. If we emergency jump then their fleet has no way to find us quickly and the Sons will have picked us up long before then. If we fuck up the warp drive it will either explode and kill us all or implode and deposit us in warp space where we will die. There is no Time Travel functionality, There is no other universe it has the power to take us to barring the Warp Space, The drive is linked to the ship and physically cant leave us behind and nothing can be brought to us. It is not a teleportation system. Sorry to burst bubbles))

"It's a design flaw in all firebat suits it won't get changed because it lets us have even more armor and a larger fuel tank then the "safe" version which is just less prone to leaking. I think why I miss it is the fact that I associate the smell with two big sod off guns and a ton of armor."
