Excuses and apologies would have to wait: They had a job to do, and right now he was going to be damned if he wasn't going to get to work.
"Kept you waiting, huh?"

Take point as per captains orders, shotgun in hand. However, give gestures to indicate to Walker to watch the right side and for Nox to keep an eye on the center before making the decision to cover the left.

Wow you guys, every action in on the same day, * sniff * its so beautiful

Spoiler: actions (click to show/hide)

Looking around the room Vanessa sees no more enemies, but does notice Commander Aurora attempting to desert, she points her gun and pulls the trigger. Aurora's armour does not stop it and her head is scattered in a 5 meter radius. Vanessa then loots Aurora's ammunition, knife and pistol, before returning to the hole taking little time from this diversion thanks to her armour's movement assist, meanwhile the demo-man denies being one upped by a turret {7+1} the rounds cause lots of holes, but no complete destruction.

Walker and smith follow Vanessa in this time, gripping their shotguns at the ready, while Klias eyeballs the room, there is a down elevator and that is about it, the room is very bare, nice white walls though. Welch  enters the room, following Rune closely, the latter of which had put away his rifle and drawn his knife, {3} he tries to look bad-ass, he fails. Arca follows the others inside, he gets them organized and Vanessa hits the elevator controls, they start descending. After approximately 2 minutes, the elevator stops and opens.  The team can See white hallways with a few doors.

Spoiler: Thomas Arca (Talarion) (click to show/hide)

Spoiler: Aurora Klias (Tiruin) (click to show/hide)

Spoiler: Nick Rune (Coolrune) (click to show/hide)

Looking down the corridor of the facility they have descended into, splitting the ammo between herself and the captain evenly as her pistols and his rifle both use the same ammo, Vanessa grins and lowers her visor again, stepping forward with confidence and almost a bound in her step. "I will take point if you dont mind Captain, unless you would prefer to scout ahead Sir."

Vanessa takes point, pistols drawn and ready. Unless the Captain orders otherwise.

Ara stayed right next to Thomas, perturbed by the most recent event. She looked over the man's insignia and tapped him on the shoulder.

"That...was insubordination, wasn't it? She w-was our commanding officer. And..and she only took a few steps from our perimeter..."
She glanced at the fore of the team.
"Do you all know each other?"

Set rifle to 'Burst' fire. Await orders.

Needless to say, she was curious. "Commander-..Are there any others lagging behind that we should wait for? Secure the way back, so to speak? We may have triggered an alarm."

Welsh through out the trip down in to the complex just sent a Death glare at Vanessa never moving from his spot just glaring at the teamkiller before the elervator arrives he pushing her ahead using his suits strength to make her take point before putting a gloved hand on Arca's shoulder and saying
"The rest of you go ahead I need a word with the Captain"

((My suit has boosted strength because thats my reasoning how to wield the bigger guns that can be changed by the GM if he wants to))

"Captain, going to suggest walking advance by assault team. Commander Smith, Vanessa, and myself can handle anything that comes up for a few minutes, sir."

Walking advance with the rest of the team, IF Cap doesn't have objections. Cover the forerunner team's right, trust Vanessa to take center and Smith to take left. Check the doors as we pass.

"Hey, head exploder girl. Remind me to NEVER get you angry. Also, can I take that pistol? I was attacked on the way here, and most of my supplies were stolen." Attempt to obtain the spare pistol, Go pistol-knife, and kick in the closest door. If there are lifesigns inside, point at the lifesigns.

Ehh, follow the others, leave the turret.
Also give coolrune a frag grenade, because there's no way that could possibly go wrong.

"Not a bad idea Walker." He turned his head to second Lieutenant Rune as he spoke."If you made Lieutenant Commander Nox angry Lieutenant Rune, you wouldn't live long enough to regret it. So not pissing her off to begin with is a good idea. Hell, I'm still cleaning whats left of the last guy that pissed her off out of my armor." As if to pre-empt the question, he shook his head."Don't ask, because I sure as hell ain't gonna tell."

Keep on point and watch to the left, shotgun at ready. Check doors as we pass.

"Instability is a problem. I'll mention it in my report, but for now, we should focus on the mission." Arca himself was slightly put off by the actions of Nox, but there was a mission and the late Commander technically was a deserter. Not that he'd mention it, but he had detected her thoughts. Something that'd likely get Command edgy if he told them. Switching to a general channel so his whole team could hear, he began to state his orders, "Alright, continue in this formation, move forward. Leave no door unchecked, make sure nothing can take us from behind. Be wary. Walker, go ahead."

Switching back to the previous channel, to continue the conversation with Lt. Klias. "It was insubordination, but it's to be expected when a lot of our troops in general are crazy or convicts, or both. To your next question, we do not know eachother. At least, I've only heard of one or two people on this team before," He let his gaze flick towards Walker for a moment, unseen within his armor. He paused briefly, sheathing his knife to place away the ammunition given to him; More ammo was useful, no matter where it came from. Re-drawing his knife, he answered the final question, just as Welsh approached him. "If there are any other people left in the transport, I wasn't told about them. Go on ahead with the others." He then turned to Welsh; "Yes, Welsh?"

Take ammo, give orders, talk, then talk more.

((Hope the "Lel telepath heard her deserting" is okay. Psychics have trouble not picking up surface thoughts, so I thought it'd be appropriate as an excuse as to why not to blam Nox there and then. Jee, I seem to be a popular talky man don't I?))

Starting turn now

also Talarion I should of mentioned that is fine and command knows you're psionic, they also know you were a Ghost, something they dont know is that you managed to fool the confederacy that you were only a 7 while working for them, so their conditioning was not so effective and you can use your telekinesis (although untrained) unlike Kerrigan before getting the stuff removed after becoming the queen of blades. Also i thought your cloak was still active, you can keep it up for a while though, the better the psy rating the easier old stuff is not just how much new stuff you get. Telepathy especialy surface thought reading is cheap, in fact surface thought reading is free.

Welsh switching to a private channel between him and Arca Welsh says in a deeper darker tone of voice "Cap it takes a lot to piss me off take the last bread roll no prob, shoot me while in a fight, I don't hold it personally but shooting your own teammate is something I detest and the only reason that crazy bitch is not sucking a incendiary rocket is because she is my teammate and killing her would just say I'm as bad as her. Just though you should know because the next time she kills a team member I will end her, in fire."
Welsh takes his spot in the advance switching back to the general channel still glaring at Nox

((surface thoughts right now: many inventive ways to break and kill Nox showing just why he was kept in isolation in prison and made a firebat ))

((Also, Mastahcheese, you know that the killed one was deserting, and since you are a special forces team on a SECRET mission, well i should not have to spell it out))
