Rifle at the ready. Hand at the stock. Trigger near, check for detail.
Alright. . .all set. Shouldn't have done that. Who would've thought they'd give a doctor this kind of weapon!?

Ara checked the rest of her armament mentally as she caught sight of the rest of the people, and only by a hair managed to catch the ensuing firefight.

Get ready to hand out aid, examine the area for any other hostilities. If needed, hand out suppressive fire. If danger = nonexistent, hurry up to team and patch up the most wounded. This is a priority.
(Also know quite a bit of SC here :P

..PPE: Nice one. Just when I'm about to post. Bleh :I :P)

((Advice: Put the character details in their own spoilers. What are we facing after the fight?))

I'll Go put the characters in spoilers, you're action would not have changed things this turn anyway, computer Controlled turrets are not known for ducking under fire. and as for after the fight, I can't tell you more than it is a Confederate base

((I'm still stuck with the SCI use of medics-the whole lack of 'ranged healing' and all as that's where I got most of my playtime with it. . .
And I keep on seeing this as 'we're all in a Command Center. Have fun not dying marines.'))

((The SC medic unit only appeared after the UED came in brood wars because the UED brought lots of medical tech with em, so the medic does not have the healing beams yet, and you are ATTACKING a command center.))

Hearing the rattling gunfire and seeing the other turret blown away Vanessa continues to shred the components of the turret she sits on, taking it apart systematically.

Continues ripping into the turret while it cant hit her.

Welsh grins as the turret is blown away by his BFG
"I love this gun" he mutters as he sights the other turret with a teammate on top of it with a sigh he lowers his gun and waits for her to shut the turret down before approaching

Wait till its safe then approach the building

Walker growled obscenity into his radio and shouldered his assult rifle. Turrets pissed him off. If a man shot you, well you could make feel all manner of regretful before you let him die. Turrets, no pleasure in taking vengeance on them. Like hurting guard dogs. Walker shouldered his assault rifle and fired a quick burst into the base of the turret, right where the swivel head met the base.

Fire an aimed burst into the turret, shoot for the best kill shot

IF the turret has been brought down by the end of the round,
"Goddamn, has the medic woken up yet? My leg needs a patch and I need a fifth of medical sterilizer."

"Get those turrets down, move in on the building. Hurry it up." Thomas says through the comm channel, as he takes aim at one of the turrets again. If, by the time he has a shot lined up, the turrets aren't down, he would fire, but if the turrets were already gone, he would try and catch up with his team in order to lead the assault on the building.

If turrets=alive, shoot them. If turrets=dead, catch up with team, switch to pistol and knife.

Looking up at the shouted order with a bit of a pout behind her helmet, having been enjoying ripping the machine apart with her hands Nox spots the HE Grenade in her team mates hand and dives off the turret, getting as far as she can out of the grenades range.

Get off the turret out of its firing line and far enough to be out of the grenades radius.

"Spoil sport, I nearly had it down..."

Spoiler: actions (click to show/hide)

Cromwell pulls the pin on one of his high explosive grenades, shouting for Vanessa to clear as he throws it {7+1} Vanessa Leaps off of the turret, and right onto one of the 3 marines that had just rushed out of the building as she jumped, probably in response to the noise of the Heavy's gun. She does not even need to think {8+1} she punches her hand through his visor, riping the blade on her gun across his throught, the marine's blood is now far to buisy decorating the inside of his armour, as well as vanessa, to keep him alive. This all takes less than a second, all the while Vanessa is unable to repress a smile behind her faceplate.

About this time, Lieutenant-Commander Walker finally gets his cigar, the moment it touches his lips, it instantly burns down to half way, but then stops moving at all (Sorry if this is too silly, but you are quoting marines, and thier cigars are ALWAYS half burned down). So fortified, he ignores the pain from his legs, and lines up a shot against one of the marines. {4+1} his shot smacks the marine, just about where he himself was hit, in the meantime {2+1} the grenade sails a bit too far, only dealing superficial damage to the turret by the time it detonates, it does however open a small hole in the wall, revealing that the entirity of the building is an elevator, and probably a guard room.

Lieutenant Cleas {7+1} runs up to walker and Jabs him with a pain killer and a coagulant then slaps an armour patch over the damaged area. Commander Arca tries again to shoot the turret this time slowing his breathing before carefully lining up the shot, he exhales, and pulls the trigger {9+1} the round flies forward, striking dead centre, a small burst of blue light is visible, the turret stops moving immediately. 1 Second from when the marines oppened the door and the finally get over their suprise {8+1} they are lining up shots, just as Mark's minigun starts roaring again, slamming home into both remaining guards,  handily ending their lives.

Meanwhile, 2nd lieutenant rune finds the team he was suposed to meet after locating a landing site{2} he was however given inferior equipment, his armour's smart pigmentation system does not work, his pistol was never issued, he only has half the ammo for his rifle, 2 spare clips and what is in it, and to top it all off, his rifle is loaded with solid tip rather than explosive tip.

"Blood coagulant. Stops the bleeding on the surface level. Disinfects the inner parts with an antiseptic." Ara said to the man she just fixed.

Seeing his rank, she continued. "We'd better seek safer ground. Deeper in I hope? We may be wasting ammunition on the turrets rather than the deeper defenses."

"I'm very happy for it," Walker said to the medic, suppressing a curse. He paused, then said something that he allowed himself to say twice a week. "Thanks." He champed his bit and switched over to a general channel. "We clear to enter, captain?"

Switch to the room-broom.
