Claim V-17, W-17 through W-22, and X-18 through X-22 (12 squares total) [111/159]
Sorry, but this would cost a lot more than 12 population to claim. Tiles cost an additional population for every tile they are away from your border.

Oh, I see how it works now. Diagonals count, right?

Reallocating that 12 pop:

Claim V-17, W-17, W-18, X-18, X-19 at 1 pop per claim [5/12]
Claim W-19, W-20, and X-20 at 2 pop per claim [11/12]
Mine Sulfur (Y-14) [12/12]

Are my sums right? If so, I'll edit that back into my action.

On note to your video, I gotta admit my race is pretty boring! Nothing fancy going on over here. Just immortality, which is pretty boring in the long run anyways.

Spoiler: King's thoughts (click to show/hide)

Work 24 Villages [24/303]
Work 176 Fisheries [200/303]
Work 2 Mines G-8 and G-9 [202/303]
Work 16 Unicorn Pens [218/303]
Smelt 1 Iron Bar [219/303]
Build 20 Fisheries at BB,CC-17. DD-16->18. EE-13->18. FF-13,14,16,17,18. GG-16,17. And HH-13 and 14. [239/303]
Build 7 Villages at E-11. G-13,14,15. H-16. FF-8. And GG-5. [246/303]
Build 14 Farms at B-16,17. C-14,15,16. D-14,15. Q,R,AA-7. FF-11. GG-13,14,18. [260/303]
Build 13 Forges at BB-13,14,15,16. CC-9,14,15,16,18. DD-15. EE-11. FF-15. GG-15. [273/303]
Claim AA-16,17,18. BB-18,19. CC,DD,EE,FF,GG-19. HH-15->19. [288/303] (Should be 15 pop)

If allowed to build buildings on freshly claimed tiles (I don't see anything in the rules about it. (or I overlooked it))
If not just put this spare 15 pop on Fisheries.

Build 12 Fisheries at AA-18. BB-18,19. CC,DD,EE,GG-19. HH-15,16,17,18,19. [300/303]
Build 3 Forges at AA-16,17. And FF-19. [303/303]

Question, In the turn update. Shouldn't I have just 24 Villages? Not 24 Villages (3 new), I have worked all of them. I forgot how things were placed anyways so just ignore my forgetfulness. XD

Leery of the thieving kobolds, Lady Matilda orders her message couriers to keep the empire's activities in secret.

The new Dwarven king drums his fingers as he studies the map lovingly engraved in the floor of the imaginatively named Map Room. The details of the world's topography are lovingly spread before him, and intricately carved miniatures representing populations, armies, and structures are littered across the map.

The tiny teal standards of Lady Matilda to the southeast are particularly troubling.

The Immortal Monk did not relish the prospect of war in any circumstance, least of all against the mighty Human Empire on the open plains. And yet, this aggressive expansion of the Humans worries him; he cannot carry out his God's call to strike the earth if the mountains are needed for foodstuffs.

Perhaps a peaceful solution is possible.

"Scribes! To me! Write my words, and prepare emissaries for the court of Lady Matilda!"

((Also, I'm correct in assuming the map hasn't been fully updated to show new Human claims to the south?))

I don't take kindly to being reminded of deals I myself accepted. However I did not intend for your people to starve. I wasnt aware you had so little in the way of food stocks.

Also, 270 iron ore? 484 food? Something is STRANGE in my math. Since I run a surplus on food, but nowhere NEAR that as a surplus on iron. I -believe- I run a +203 surplus on food. Unless someone managed to steal the entire yield from me.
---
Send 100 food to the Kobolds.
All undead armies to X-56

Work 91 Farms/Fisheries [91/198]
Work 19 Shires [110/198]
Work 8 Graveyards [118/198]
Work 5 Stables  [123/198]
Work 10 Forges [Ore->Iron bars] [133/198]
Build Shire FF 47 [Since the map says I have 20, Im just gonna rebuild in one of the squares to save time] [134/198]
Work 12 Mines [All non-mithril,non-zero] [146/198]
Build Stables BB 56,57,58,59 CC 59. [151/198]
Work 5 new stables [156/198]
Build 7 Fisheries, X-60->DD-60, Y-59, [163/198]
Work 7 Fisheries (New) [170/198]

[Claim AA 29,30,31][BB, EE, FF, GG, 27] [S,57,58,59,60,61,62] [183/198]
Build 15 new mines [Roc island is 11, then 4 on the main halfling island] [198/198]
---
Say. New dwarven king. I offer 60% of the bounty of my mithril mines if you teach my miners the secret of mithril mining. Or 30% if you accept control, and mine them yourselves.

@MrWillsauce: If 4 kobolds starved, and I had 52 kobolds last turn, then I have 47 left, not 37. Only one became an army.

Armies move (stealthily!) as indicated by the orange arrows on the map sent to the troops (and to the GM). Master Thefts are: 2 iron ore.

New Theft Ops against the humans occur as indicated by the red on the same map. [36/47]
Raise Army at H-37. [37/47]
5 Kobolds Breed. [42/47]
5 Kobolds work fisheries. [47/47]

Diplomacy from the Kobold King:

Gru Gru Rek is pleased by the honorable nature of King Terenos. It is good that he has accepted his mistake and made up for it so.

The Kobold King agrees to the agreement suggested by the Immortal Monk and further makes a gift of 5 sulfur for his ongoing theft of the riches under the mountain.

In a further display of lavish generosity, he releases all (non-human) prisoners back to their respective nations.

Sorry I forgot to add the food you produced from worked structures that turn, and I guess I accidentally multiplied your ore stocks by ten. Stuff is fixed now.

How does E-11. G-13,14,15. H-16. not have a forest around it? I clearly see more than one beside all the tiles. And the tiles themselves are plains.

I built a Farm on Q-7. FF-11. And GG-13,14,18. Last turn. They're not on the map. ( I understand the map mess-ups. It takes a lot of time to edit it.)?

Sorry, the village things have been fixed. I didn't check to see if the farms were exactly where you wanted them to be, I just put them on available plains tiles (I shouldn't have done that). So those farms should exist, just not in the same place. This can also be fixed if you want, but it'll take some work.
