Well, I think you're the only one without, Dwarmin - So the others should be able to carry you.
If you do want to grab Energy Weapons or something though, Lizbeth has Lockpicking too, so that wouldn't be a loss. You are the only capable Doctor/Medic though.
And Patrick: I don't think I'll let you start with one, but we've three people with repair. I'm sure they'll be able to rig some sort of simple suppressors up pretty quickly in the grand scheme of things, so you'd probably only be a "Hey, do any of you think you could make a suppressor for this rifle?" away from one.
Atnegam: Using grenades and mines, yeah, even stuff like C4 later on - all of which are very useful and not-very-safe for someone with little Explosives skill to use.
Plus there's also the whole disarming of explosives thing, which could always prove useful.
(And, considering you're a mechanic guy, knowing about Explosives would be very handy in say - making explosives yourself.)
Traps would make sense for your guy too, setting/disarming traps and such. Probably not as high a priority as Explosives or Pilot though, and moving onto that - Pilot DOES include driving cars and stuff. Considering most people in the Wasteland have never been in a car, let alone driven one, it's not the kind of thing that would come easy to any of you without it.
