Curiosity about dwarf migrations.

Is it possible to rid the world entirely of dwarves or the mountain home you're connected to if dwarves die in mass genocides often in a fort?

It is possible if all the dwarves in the world are in your civ. As far as I know, dwarves from other civs won't immigrate to your fortress.
Your best bet is to make a very young world with only 1 dwarf civ, and then work on killing them. Longer worlds with many dwarven civs can have ~30,000 dwarves, so you'll be working for a long time.
