I have no knowledge of German, but did you seriously name your company "The Uber Boat Vehicles?"
That is an interesting name. Also, boats seem to need a nerf.

After staring at the Cargo payment graphs for a while, I deduced that steel production is the most profitable thing.
So I finally managed to not go bankrupt!

Well, djo said yesterday that train costs were increased, and boats are more useful as a result of lesser costs.

Higher train costs would not encourage me to build massive rail networks. Boats were cheap already. They made for a decent start to get some money flowing and support rail until rail payed off. Guess I'll sit this out.

I heard sailboats are going to be gone so that might be good. The inclusion of taxes however changes things as now you cannot build up ginormous amounts of cash now as it taxes according to company value. My boat only company is capped at under 10 mil in the bank with the profit fighting the maintenance, running costs and taxes.

I suggest making trains cheaper to buy and also to tone down rail maintenance a little. Pipes are also nice to have cheaper as they follow the same rule as trains but I haven't tried them ever sense the first nerf of them so it might be fine now. As for everything else I don't know I never really use em.

You can still make huge networks, you just have to be a lot more mindful about how you do it.

In the early versions we played, pretty much any line, from anywhere to anywhere, would make you a ton of cash.

Boats does seem a bit OP, but i would point out that even though Das Boat has a huge fleet, it's only making 300k profits, with about a 100 ships. I make about a 100k with about 10 trains. If i very to ramp up my operation to the same size, I think I could make a lot more profit.

I will rework the tax patch on next iteration (fortunately it's code is simple enough I can understand it) to tone it down a bit.

I really want that one as a "when". I want "grubs", and "virgin woman" to turn into a dragon. and monkey children to suddenly sprout wings. And I want the Dwarven Mutant Academy to only gain their powers upon reaching puberty. I also have a whole host of odd creatures that only make sense if I divide them into children and adults.

Also, tadpoles.

with bigd out of the picture i've absolutely nobody to compete with, which is sad. even with the taxes cutting into my cash supply ridiculously i can get all the shit that needs doing done thrice over but have none left for frivolous stuff like the above which took three years of income to pull off

on that note

we need more frivolous shit to spend money on

it costs 120mil to fund a small town so i can't get that done as in ever
