Oooh, and real life Heads-Up-Display perfectly integrated into your body with a non-malicious AI such that it monitors you, alerts you of possible threats to yourself both internal and external, feeds biometric data to you about your body and those you're looking at, and is controlled by thought as if it was an extra part of your body.

And transhumanism! Perfectly able to move your brain into an artificial body, ageless and built to your specifications.

I really want to just live in a Cyberpunk future without the corruption but with all the cool toys...

You can sorta do that IRL, problem is the brain does it by shutting off the intelligent, "let's think things over, lets figure out what everything is, identify signals coming in and process their importance" part of your brain, and amping up the "ow bad noise run away from that" part. It is almost real bullet time though, obviously not so fast as bullets, but pretty fast. It happens to people under fire sometimes, or in extreme situations, you need special training to get through it and continue to act rationally, by falling back on the training that replaces your instincts.

Never underestimate the ability of humanity to continue being terrible!

Things I wish existed:

A combination element creator (take particles, make periodic table) and generalized 3D printer. This would be really useful for space voyages. You could do this to create more rocket fuel, for instance, or execute a mission to build an artificial planet around a nearby star without carrying all the materials from the start.

A piece of headgear that circumvents your eyes and sends vision from cameras in place over your eyes directly to your visual cortex. Now pair this with a pair of full-spectrum cameras . Or, to be a bit more tame, you could replace FLIRs with this and an IR flashlight. Also: see UV light without the relatively complicated process of removing your eye lenses. (There would likely be special "blink" functionality if it turns out the human brain doesn't like it when blinking doesn't appear to be working anymore.)

I'm making a heroic effort to resist the temptation to go off on a tangent here about how brain uploading probably doesn't lead to immortality like you might expect.    Nevertheless, this is related to technology that I really wished existed.  Computer / brain interfacing just has so much potential for so many things...
