I shall call you sensei, and then teach you how to throw a punch.

I can throw a punch: What I really need is a jogging partner.  Currently, I can't even climb a short flight of stairs without hyperventilating.

Damn, I thought my stamina was bad. That's something.

Max and I could go for some training bouts with you.  Long matches to increase our stamina.  Possibly both of us against you, to compensate for our combined low stamina versus your legendary vigor (plus it allows me to score the winning pin while still giving us both training in stamina, he he he).

Yeah sorry about this weeks update guys, college starts back up next week so I've been really busy. I'll probably do a double or triple long update to make up for it next Monday.

Alright and we're back, and the first thing to do is hire our newest worker, Max Greene.

Now at this point I will point out any more wrestlers would likely start some roster bloat, so for the foreseeable future submissions are done, unless you are ok with being a free agent that's only checked in on every few updates. With that in mind we move on to our next show and the start of one of three planned storylines. The other two are likely to be something involving the women on our roster, and a race for a "Young Blood" belt, but nothing is set in stone yet.

Before the next show, another bit of sad news as a legend of the business passed away. He will be missed.
Spoiler: RIP Pat Deacon (click to show/hide)

But, the world keeps turning, and we have to move on to our next show, and the one that sets up the Jack/Neonivek proxy feud. So, without further Ado, here is the gameplan. A bit of a note, I'm thinking of going into less detail each update, but instead pushing more shows per update to make up for it, how do you all feel about this? The reason I'm saying is, if we sorta keep at the one show per update pace, we're probably never going to see the late game stuff before the heat death of the universe. Since I promised a double update this time I figured why not try it out here and see how it works. Especially as, by now, you guys probably have a decent handle on what the numbers mean.

But as I said, gameplan.
Spoiler: Gameplan (click to show/hide)
Now, the players in our first storyline as three alliances, we have Neonivek and Albatross on one end, we have Jack and Max on the other, and finally we have Kenneth providing the catalyst for the whole thing. Now first off we have a garbage match between Powerful Man and Buzz, where Buzz gets pinned. However once that is over, the real fun starts.

In the ring, in front of everyone in the audience (And internet streams, which is where, abstractly, most of our viewers probably are), Neonivek starts chewing Eastman out for not allowing him a run on the title belt, which he feels he has more than earned. Enraged by someone challenging his authority, Eastman fires Neonivek on the spot, proclaiming to the crowd that as long as he lives Neonivek will never find another job in wrestling. Neonivek snaps, pummeling Eastman mercilessly until he is escorted out of the arena by security.

Next, we have Max, the newcomer, bragging about how he is going to turn this promotion on it's head, and how he is the new beginning. He's not really a heel, just arrogant, and is going to be broken of that pride by his future mentor, don't you worry. His first match is set up against everyone's favorite lunatic, The Mighty Albatross. His arrogance of course comes to bite him in the ass, as Albatross mops the floor with him. Afterwards, Albatross celebrates, going completely mental as he is wont to do. At this point neither have met their mentors yet, it's just a "regular" match as far as anyone watching knows.

Finally, we have Peaches going against Stoner for the title belt. As any wrestling fan can tell you however, if someone has a go at the champion, but hasn't had some sort of story leading to it, they probably aren't going to get the betl. This here is no different. However it IS important to feed top talent to the Belt occasionally in order to make it seem more legitimate. This is going to be the first in quite a few title defenses Stoner will have before he eventually loses the belt.

Now with all that said and done, what's the final result?

Spoiler: Night's results (click to show/hide)
Well if one thing is clear, it is this. Both Max and Albatross should be allowed nowhere NEAR a microphone for the good of the entire company. Thankfully the storyline has Neonivek and Jack doing all the talking from here on, so we're at least good in that department. Now, both Albatross and Max's gimmicks went over well, gaining a 90 and 92 respectively. Lastly, although the show didn't seem all that stellar, it still somehow got a 21 as it's rating, placing it in the top half of our shows, and a definite step up from the last two shows.

Anyway, that's part one of this weeks update, part two is Tuesday/Wednesday depending on writer's block. The one thing I can guarantee is we will see something done with Monkeyhead and a few of the new hires as well. That said, see you Tuesday/Wednesday/I-should-probably-stop-promising-exact-dates-to-be-perfectly-honest-day.

Albatross does not understand this emotion you call, "joy".

Albatross only know pain.

I'm glad to see Neonivek can be good enough in an attack angle, and the Max v. Albatross match was good enough.

Thanks for taking my storyline idea!

I love how only eight people are attending the show though. We might actually have more wrestlers in attendance than people watching the show. ^,^

Yeah, I noticed that... eight people. That must be pretty depressing to act in front of.

Maybe we photoshop more people into the audience for the online streams.

Nah. The online streams wouldn't show the audience. I mean, who wants to see those chumps?
